Phase Rush, Immune to CC
Hello I just wanted to bring up an alternative idea on Phase Rush. Right now it's really only useful on a small portion of champions in League of Legends; I want to make it provide more mobility so that certain champs can still play aggressively (Late game when it is hard to leave your side of map)
Phase rush should reward players for constantly staying within range of an enemy champion, rather than landing 3 hits.
New rune would be described as;
Phase Rush Staying within 1250 range of an enemy champion increases your movement speed by 10%, gradually increasing to 20% When you land abilities on an enemy champion this speed increases to 40% for .5 seconds and clears you from all stun/roots/slows
