Broad Champion Concept: Heimerdinger's Teacher/Professor/Mentor

TaoistMaster··1 votes·287 views

Title kind of says it all. A similar themed champion to Heimerdinger

But more cooky old professor scientist mad doctor type guy.

For a kit.. not sure on specifics. But make him an immobile AP mage with some crazy teamfight ult mechanic.

Thoughts?
