Something For Fun: Bard Reworked Into A Jungler

Traveler's Call (Innate)

• Ancient Chimes: Mana restored decreased to (10% of Bard's maximum mana) from (12% of Bard's maximum mana).
• Meeps: Meeps are no longer expended when used on small or large monsters, but still apply their damage and effects.

Cosmic Binding (Q)

• Cosmic Binding can now bind enemies if it hits terrain first.

Aether Rush (NEW W)

• Active: Bard sacrifices a Chime to make all possible haste, increasing his movement speed significantly and allowing him to ignore unit collision for a short time. Bard cannot revert to a previous upgrade this way, but each sacrificed Chime will add another Chime needed toward his next upgrade (up to a maximum of 10 Chimes needed).
