Tora, the Ambush Hunter [New Champion Concept/Rengar Rework Concept]

I felt that since the new assassin update was coming up, that I might share an idea that I've been having for a while. I had an vision for a tiger-based champion to act as a counter part for Rengar, but as I was coming up with this concept, I realized how similar it was to Rengar. The feel of the kit was very similar to Rengar himself, which is weird because I based the whole kit off of a tiger's hunting behaviors. I guess Rengar is more tiger than he is lion.

Tora's basic attacks spend this resource and deal 1 point of bonus phyiscal damage for every point of "Ambush" that is consumed.
If Tora has a full bar, then his next basic attack will deal bonus maximum health damage if the target has _more _ than 50% of their maximum health, if the target has less than 50% of their maximum health, then the basic attack will deal bonus missing health damage. This is applied on top of the regular bonus damage from "Ambush Hunter".
The "Ambush" bar will quickly **drain **whenever Tora remains in an enemy's line of sight.
Maximum "Ambush": 50 + 15 per additional level (305 at 18) Regeneration while out of sight: 5 points per second + 2 additional point per additional level (39 per second at 18) Drain while in sight of an enemy: 20% every second
Basic Attacks: Expend 20% of current "Ambush" Can deal a maximum of 61 bonus physical damage (20% a full bar).
Surprise Attacks: Expend 100% of current "Ambush" Can deal a maximum of 305 bonus physical damage (100% of a full bar).
MAXIMUM "AMBUSH" BONUS Maximum Health Damage: 15% + 1% per additional level (32% of a maximum health at 18) as physical damage
Missing Health Damage: 5% + 1% per additional level (22% of missing health at 18) as physical damage

Cost: 100% of "Ambush" bar Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6 seconds Bonus Phyiscal Damage: 30/60/90/120/150 (+ 30% of bonus AD)
Maximum Damage at level 18 (Full "Ambush" Bar + "Overpower"): If target has above 50% health: 250 (+45% of bonus AD) + 32% of maximum health + 305 physical damage from "Ambush Hunter" (Grand total of 555 (+100% of total AD + 45% of bonus AD) + 32% of maximum health as physical damage)
If target has below 50% health: 250 (+45% of bonus AD) + 22% of missing health + 305 physical damage from "Ambush Hunter" (Grand total of 555 (+100% of total AD + 45% of bonus AD) + 22% of missing health as physical damage)

Design Insight: The passive is a reworked version of Rengar's "Ferocity" bar. I mixed it in with a bit of Kha'zix's passive, but made it entirely more unique and interesting. Your whole kit revolves around this passive, as an ambush hunter, you need to pick and choose your fights, staying out of sight until you see the golden opportunity to dive a target! It rewards you for staying out of sight by giving you massive amounts of burst damage, especially if you manage to reach a full bar (which isn't hard). It even allows you to have engage damage AND finisher damage depending on what you need for a situation by dealing maximum health damage or missing health damage.
Your Q is your main damage tool. It is the most efficient way to get the most burst damage onto a single target. It also acts as your main gap closer, which solves Rengar's problem of having a very unreliable gap closer. It also doesn't make Tora extremely reliant on his ultimate. Your Q has the highest damage potential because it consumes 100% of your "Ambush" bar. When paired with a full bar and his ultimate, along with a sheen proc, Tora can deal massive amounts of damage. Be careful however, once you get into a fight with a fully-loaded Q, you have no way of getting out. This is why picking your fights is extremely important on Tora. However, you can solve this problem by getting "Stormraider's Surge" to compensate because it is extremely easy to deal 30% of a target's maximum health in a few seconds with Tora.
Your W is mainly used as a follow up/ "Ambush" dump. It allows you to stick to a target after you've dived them and allows you to continually pummel them. However, this can also be used as an alternative engage, when paired with Tora's E "Stalk", Tora can get close enough to use "Frenzy" in order to quickly engage and pummel a target while dumping a full "Ambush" bar for additional damage. This engage is mainly used for pesky carries who have an escape, that way when they use their escape, you can follow up with a Q to catch back up.
Your E is the most important tool that Tora can use to engage onto a target. By stealthing, you quickly work up a full "Ambush" bar so that you can leap out with a loaded Q for maximum damage. This tool allows Tora to pick and choose his fights while continually awarding him for waiting. When used wisely, Tora can get the jump on most enemy champions.
Your ultimate is a surefire way to lockdown a target. By using this ability mid-jump, Tora will stun the target and give him an easier time destroying them (if the initial damage doesn't kill them) with his W, "Frenzy". This ultimate also allows Tora to isolate a target by causing nearby enemies to flee away from Tora's target, making it easier for him to get the kill and run off.
Tora must remained out of sight in order to deal good damage. When he is seen by enemies, he cannot get a full "Ambush" bar, which significantly lowers his damage output. Even then, being seen makes Tora extremely predictable. Having the element of surprise is the main focus of Tora.
Tora was my answer to Rengar's unhealthy gameplay. Rengar is EXTREMELY reliant on his ultimate for an engage, and is extremely unhealthy due to the almost unavoidable stealth. Tora has a bunch of counterplay, he can be revealed by moving too close to a target, he's dealt a movement speed penalty for stealthing that makes it easier for targets to get away if Tora doesn't position correctly, and Tora can even be countered with a well-aimed hard cc which will waste any initiation tools he used. However, this isn't a nerf for Rengar. Tora can more reliably engage onto a target because his engage is now shifted to his Q. Tora can deal more burst damage than Rengar ever could. Tora is generally a better assassin that gets rewarded for waiting for the perfect moment to engage, like a true hunter.
Thanks for reading my concept/rework!
