If you believe Teemo isn't insane, you obviously haven't read his lore.

Either way they should come out with more omega squad skins, it doesn't exactly make sense to only have one, and ziggs definitely would be a perfect fit for one.

It makes you think Teemo was sent on missions to kill rogue yordles. Like Heimer is sharing tech with the enemy. He must be silenced.

It's not that he's just a war veteran. It's that war changed him.

And I think we can all agree that Teemo is actually much more terrifying than his splash arts indicate.

Dude's a crazy mofo. He goes into a killer trance where he feels no emotions during battle so that he feels no guilt or remorse. That's some pretty heavy stuff for the little guy, especially when combined with the fact that he's part of a social race but prefers to work alone, or with Tristana to help with isolation.
