Clugg [kla(h)G] is a giant formed of rock, anti-magic marble, and other minerals. He lives near Mount Targon which many have just thought it was just another mountain, but after hundreds of years Clugg arose from a long slumber and turns out he is one of the ancient giants of old. Is Clugg the last of his kind or are there more in a deep slumber?

Clugg is a support. Support-tank. With his core element of Unmovable where he is immune to ALL displacement effects, this includes knock-ups AND his own Flash (since Flash cannot be used it would be disabled and cannot be taken at all when playing Clugg), but he cannot take things like a friendly Thresh lantern either (as a support this will never occur anyways). Clugg also acts as IMPASSABLE TERRAIN with his own body, including stopping dash that attempt to go past him so his own positioning is very important to protect his allies, being a core element to his gameplay, and unable to dash or blink with slow movement makes this champion hard to master because being out of position is that much more punishing.

Basic Attack Range: 250 units [is melee range to clarify] Attack Speed: 0.575 +3.5% per level Movement: 325 units per second Charge: Maximum 100.

Unmovable (Passive): Clugg is immune to all displacement effects, including friendly effects.

Clugg himself acts as impassable terrain for all units, this includes stopping enemy dashes that attempt to go past him.

Clugg uses Charge for his abilities. Clugg charges himself whenever he stands still for 1.5 seconds gaining 10 Charge per 0.25 second.

Gigantic Punch (Q): Cooldown: 16/14/12/10/8 seconds; Cost: 60 Charge; Range: 600 units Clugg punches in the target direction dealing 100/130/160/190/220(+10%Health)(+80%AP) physical damage to struck enemies and knocking them back 600 units.

If Gigantic Punch hits terrain then a tunnel is formed for the next 12 seconds allowing all units to freely travel through it from either end. If the other end gets blocked by champion created terrain then any champions currently inside the tunnel are sent back to where they entered from.

If no enemies were damaged and terrain was struck then Gigantic Punch's base cooldown is reduced to 8/7/6/5/4 seconds and 40 Charge is refunded.

If enemies are knocked into terrain by Gigantic Punch then they become stunned for 1.25 seconds.

Heavy Step (W): Cooldown: 10 seconds; Cost: 20 Charge; Range: 600 units Toggle: Clugg reduces and caps his movement speed to 150/175/200/225/250 units per second and whenever he moves he slams the ground to very briefly disrupt nearby enemies and slow them down by 50/55/60/65/70% for 1 second.

Clugg can only take one Heavy Step every second.

Stone Slab (E): Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 seconds; Cost: 40 Charge: Range: 1200 units Passive: Clugg increases in size by 5/10/15/20/25%. Gigantic Punch's stun duration increased to 1.5/1.75/2/2.25/2.5 seconds.

Active: Clugg creates a stone slab at the target location that is 400 units wide for the next 2.5 seconds, acting as impassable terrain for all units and stops enemy dashes.

Glittering Mountain (R): Cooldown: 160/120/80 seconds; Range: 400 units Passive: Clugg restores 40 Charge and 120/180/240(+120%AP) health upon taking champion or epic monster damage, occurs once every 9/7/5 seconds [lowers with CDR], and heals nearby allied champions for half the amount [600 units].

Active: Clugg creates a magic barrier around him for 1.5/1.75/2 seconds which blocks all enemy abilities that make contact with it.

The passive is a cool idea; but his design is literally just Galio meets Malphite.
