John Bane, The Bounty Hunter

Character design: Marshal Bane would be another homage to the old western style movies like Caitlyn, Graves, and the high noon skins. However, he would be much older then any of these champions and would rock a stone white beard and a crackly, scarred, face. The major aspect that would set him apart from his western background would be his weapon. Marshal Bane would wield an assault rifle, similarly designed to an AK-47, as his weapon.

Lore: In the era before the thieves and outlaws of Piltover were tamed by Caitlyn, innocent townsfolk often had to resort to desperate measures to maintain peace and order in their lives. Marshal Bane was one of those desperate measures. Ruthless and always looking for a good fight, Marshal obtained his sheriffs badge at the young age of 16 when his sherrif died to raiders attacking his home town. After successfully....pacifying the raiders, Marshal knew that there was nothing left for him at home, and instead took his sheriff's rifle and traveled from town to town, looking to put down anyone causing trouble. Despite his reputation for violence, he made sure to never injure a civilian on his escapades. Some towns started to view him as a hero, while others thought that he was a brute just using the outlaws as an excuse for murder. As Piltover's new era of peace took over, Marshal's services were no longer required, and so he put away his sherrif's badge and began to explore Runeterra as a Bounty Hunter. He has come to the League of legends in search for Malcolm Graves and Twisted Fate, both of whom have made plenty of enemies.

Passive: Short, controlled, bursts - Bane fires his assault rifle in short controlled bursts. Each of his auto attacks fires 4 projectiles, each doing 20% of his AD in damage. On hit effects are only activated on his first, and last shot and only the last shot can crit. Bounty Hunter - Once an enemy has acquired a kill, Bane can purchase the right to hunt their bounty from the shop. If Bane kills or assists in the kill of his bounty he receives bonus gold. If Bane dies to an enemy champion before he can claim his bounty he loses the right to hunt the bounty and must re-buy it (i.e. Exceutions don't count)

Q: Sidearm - Marshal draws his sidearm, losing attack range but gaining attack speed and move-speed. After four seconds, or after Marshal has fired six shots with his sidearm, Sidearm goes on cooldown.

W: Hextech Taser - Marshal carefully aims his taser for 2 seconds before firing. The first target hit by the projectile is stunned for a short duration and takes a flat amount +30% ad in damage. if Marshal kills his target with Hextech Taser or his stunned target dies while it is stunned by Hextech Taser, he gets then Marshal scores double the gold that he would get from his passive.

E: Boot Knife - Marshal dashes a short distance forward and slashes with his boot knife. Any enemies hit by it suffer a minor slow and also take bleed damage equal to 40% of his AD over 5 seconds

R: Marshal loads incendiary rounds into his assault rifle, allowing his next five auto attacks to let their targets on fire, apply grevious wounds, and do DOT magic damage equal to 50% of his bonus AD

Marshal Bane is intended to be a jungler. He can use all of his abilities in the jungler to help him clear camps in the early game (since he will be lacking damage) but when he comes in to gank a lane, he has a mediocre stun and a mediocre gap closer, this diversity means that he can be effective in ganking ANY lane (since the pattern is that he with a gap closer initiates the fight and then the one with CC comes in) however he will not be great at it. When ahead, he can use his bounty board to sustain his lead, but since his targets do not have as much of a bounty on them (since they are behind) he will not get as much gold from each bounty. When behind, he can use his passive to get a lot of gold from a single kill or assist and then try to catch up
