Prim and proper. Elegant and sweet. I feel like it could be a cool champ idea. Some girls like that kind of image.
The closest we have is Sona, who is trying to keep a serial killer empath weapon under control.
I am a guy so I never really gave this much thought, and as as girl champs go I like the figher/assassin ones like Fiora(my favorite one); despite that you actually made me look through all the girl champs and the closest ones fitting what you described aside from Sona I could find was Lux and Janna LOL and both are kinda a stretch to the theme you brought up.[sg-miss-fortune]
Ya I agree and am a bit surprised Riot hasn't made a champion that has that theme...again Sona is there and kinda Lux and Janna. By what you said," An outright dainty girl. Prim and proper. Elegant and sweet," makes me think of like the princess theme with the beautiful dress look and being innocent, kind, and pure of heart. You make a good point.
Lux I think is the poster girl for League, and I believe if they made one like you suggested it might join her in how popular Lux is. You have my upvote. This is definitely a good idea.

Especially Janna has a really kind personality, she is elegant in my eyes as well.
And she has no murder weapon, she just tries to help the people of Zaun as a friendly wind spirit.
The gross girl archetype is something I miss more in this game. Someone who looks creepy and scary, while still being human.
I think that’d go to Caitlyn. I didn’t read too much into her lore and stuff, but her outfit, love of tea and cupcakes, and the “Did You Know” that says her parents got her the gun for her birthday makes me think she follows “Prim and Proper” archetype. Hell, even Camille follows “Prim and Proper” though she is an Assassin.
However I would be fine with a nice, rich girl character, something like Phoebe from Battleborn.
