Kennen Rework ideas
So Kennen is in need of an update
Some ideas to make him current in the way League has gone
Passive Mark of the Storm Kennen's attacks and abilities add a Mark of the Storm to its target for 6s. Upon receiving 5 Marks of the Storm, the marks will ground back to Kennen, arcing between Kennen and the target dealing 5/7/11 +(small) AP pre Mark of the Storm to the target and 1/2 to any enemy the arc passes through and Kennen gains 25 Energy.
Q Cost: 60 energy CD: 8s Thundering Shiriken Kennen throws a fast moving shuriken towards a location, causing damage and adding a Mark of the Storm to any opponent that it hits. If this the 5th Mark of the Storm then the Target grounds and the skuriken will bounce to a new target (prioritizing champions with the highest number of Marks of the Storm.
W Cost: 45 energy CD: 10s Electrical Surge Passive: When a target grounds from receiving 5 Marks of the Storm they are stunned for .5s Kennen can activate this ability to ground all targets marked by Mark of the Storm dealing twice the normal damage. If a target has 2 or more Marks of the Storm they are slowed for 20% for 3s. If a target had 3 or more Marks of the Storm they are Stunned for .75/1/1.25/1.5 seconds Once the target is grounded a new Mark of the Storm is added to the Target.
E Cost: 100 energy CD: 10s Lightning Rush Kennen morphs into a lightning form, enabling him to pass through units. Any enemy unit he runs through takes damage and gets a Mark of the Storm. If this was the 5th Mark of the Storm the target grounds and erupts dealing its ground damage to all enemies around it. Kennen gains 40 energy the first time he passes through an enemy unit.
R Cost: No cost CD: 120s Maelstorm Kennen summons a storm around him for 3s. Every .25s a random enemy champion will ground as if they had 5 Marks of the Storm and erupt dealing ground damage to all enemies around it and add a Mark of the Storm to the target (this could cause them to trigger another ground) The same champion will only get picked once every .5s.
