Yorick, Kayle, Singed and Nocturne's skins, while Victorian gothic horror inspired, they're not specifically attributed to Souls games. And Dark/Demon Souls games aren't really gothic horror, it's got a medieval paintjob and the theme's a mixed bag and more "international" in a sense.

Though this one seems a lot like it was probably inspired by Bloodborne (from the same dev as Dark Souls, From Software) from the first impression. Bloodborne is a Victorian gothic horror game, on the other hand.

Anyways. Gothic horror inspired skins are nice. We need more.

That skin is Bloodborne as fuck, therefore I fully support it. As long as you don't put a cage on his head.

You say 'Dark-Souls-Themed' but he's wearing the exact same costume as Bloodborne :P that aside, change the weapon some and I think it could be really cool. I think if we get Souls-esque characters, it NEEDS to be the nights. Give Garen a skin with a helmet for once. Darius would look epic in a freaky undead costume.
