No one knows this more than Lil' Gugg, an extremely large and oblivious poro who roams the frozen wastes looking for food. His incredible strength for a poro has earned him many names by those who live within the Freljord. "The Mighty Puff" "Hero of the Small" "Snowball of Fury" However, he just likes the name Lil' Gugg because it's much better than Big Gugg. He defends his friends with mighty strength and helps Braum in many of his missions! Passive- Thick Fur Innate: Lil' Gugg is highly resistant to damage due to his thick coat of fur on his body. This causes him to gain a 25/50/75/100/125 (+40/80/120/160/200% max health) shield that lasts until destroyed after visiting his team's fountain. This effect has a 30 second cool down. Levels: 1/5/9/13/17

Ability 1- Snowball Roll Passive: After being out of combat for 8 seconds, Lil' Gugg begins to roll in a snowball, gradually gaining 10/20/30/40/50% movement speed every second until he has a total of 40/80/120/160/200% increased movement speed after 4 seconds. Entering combat will break the snowball. Active: Double the movement speed you are currently gaining from this ability's passive and make entering combat unable to break the effect for the next 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 seconds. Enemies you move through during this time take 55/110/165/220/275 (+40% AP) magic damage and are slowed by 55/60/65/70/75% for 2.5 seconds. However, during this time, you are both disarmed and silenced. This can only be activated while inside a snowball. Cost: 55/60/65/70/75 mana Cool Down: 16/14.5/13/11.5/10 seconds

Ability 2- Snack Time Passive: After casting an ability, regain 5/7.5/10/12.5/15% (+1% per 100 AP) of the mana cost over 10 seconds. Active: Eat a poro biscuit, causing you to regain 150 (+0/5/10/15/20% max health) health over 15 seconds. Instantly regain 25 (+0/1/2/3/4% max health) health as well. Cost: 20/25/30/35/40 mana Cool Down: 22/19/16/13/10 seconds

Ability 3- Natural Poro Charm Active: After a 0.25 second delay, charm all nearby enemies, dealing 40/80/120/160/200 (+45% AP) magic damage to them and charming them for the next 1.1/1.2/1.3/1.4/1.5 seconds. The cool down of this ability is reduced by 0.3/0.35/0.4/0.45/0.5 seconds every second that Lil' Gugg has not taken direct damage to his health within the last second. Minions and monsters are charmed for twice as long. Cost: 65/70/75/80/85 mana Cool Down: 18/16/14/12/10 seconds Range: 450

Ultimate- Mighty Poro Active: For the next 4/5.5/7 seconds, your max health, attack damage, ability power, armor, magic resist, and movement speed are increased by 50/75/100%. Your attack speed is also set to max during this time. However, you cannot critical strike during this time. Cost: 100/125/150 mana Cool Down: 90/85/80 seconds

  • Damage decreased to 55/110/165/220/275 (+40% AP) from 60/120/180/240/300 (+50% AP)
  • Mana Cost increased to 55/60/65/70/75 from 45/50/55/60/65

W- Snack Time Semi-Reworked

  • Added a Passive that causes abilities you use to refund 5/7.5/10/12.5/15% (+1% per 100 AP) of the mana cost over 10 seconds after using them
  • Removed mana regain from the active

E- Natural Poro Charm

  • Damage increased to 40/80/120/160/200 (+45% AP) from 30/60/90/120/150 (+35% AP)

Passive: Interesting...

Q - Looks like a powerful version of Rammus powerball. without a cast cost to roll. without a roll duration limit. and upon activation you have this kennen electrical surge effect, allowing you to move through units and deal damage to them. plus no negative effect afterwards. Needs balancing if you want to keep it.

W - Mana regen was removed from Champions like Soraka and Gragas a long time ago due to the prolong ability to stay in combat. (this does not include twisted fate blue card or Xerath passive) Maybe you can just make it a passive increased healing + regen effects.

E - Charm towards you? like a taunt? or away from you? like a fear?

R - i would increase the mana cost per rank.
