passive : whenever he enter a bush his next third AA will make the enemy champ fear for 0.75 / 1.5 second

30 sec cool down

q: like yorick q but put marks when last hitted a minion with it 60 sec valid mark with his cane and deals hybrid dmg (max hp dmg)

w : he can summon a crow in that mark that gives vision and when he scared by enemy champ he will be fear for 1 / 1.75 second

6 crows maximum

e : he dashes like sej whenever a crow is near him

and gives him a shield when he dash

R : he turns into a giant scary crow and can fly to any crow in the map and gains a huge AP/AD based on his 20% to 5% maximum health that buff decreased over time for 10 sec

no, ur idea is even worse than the fake leak, here is a proper way to fix him.

pass :change to " restore 3-20% hp OR mana depending on which is lower based on dmg dealt" .

w : add "when he snares a enemy champ he gains bonus movement speed", decrease range to 700 and increase radius to 325 (what q currently is)

e : increase range to 700 an make it aoe with radius of 325, add "WHILE marked dmg to swain is reduced by 20% & if target DIES future dmg is increased to target by swain by 5%, & if target kills swain their future dmg by them to swain is reduced by 5%"

r : add " when hit send out another raven at attacker(can either have it cost mana/ raise mana cost)"

q,w,r, 10 sec cd at all ranks

reworks arnt suppose to make a champ like another, other wise there would be 2 of the same champ which would defeat the whole purpose.

an yes there would be a dash on W via the move speed while still playing to his identity of being the master tactician which would allow him to either continue in or leave unlike a dash/ blink.
