He makes very popular champions that anyone who's not playing them wishes never existed in the first place.

There's no doubt that an OP or overloaded champion will be popular. People want to win. That doesn't make them good design. You could give Urgot stats to have a 60% win rate and he'd be 100% pick or ban.

Yasuo is only really as weak as the player playing him is. Even when on 40% winrate I see great Yasuo players dominate games easily. I won't see that on shit like Irelia or Aatrox or Ziggs or Volibear when they have that winrate.

yasuo like fiora deals dmg not tank so he will dominate with kills not like tanks that dominate with splitpushing or tanking so much dmg

there are match ups that u can never do something about it.. like akali vs u

but zed can wreck every champ if mastered

Then why do people play a 46% general win rate champ like Yasuo? If he's op, he wouldn't be 46% win rate regardless of the play rate.
