LORE Grunt, a father within Zaun, was once a man. Born and raised within Piltover, his family was cast out by a high prestige family looking to better themselves by making sure his family didn't get in the way. They were given two options: leave or die. So, they fled to Zaun as most who are kicked out of Piltover do. The streets were not kind to Grunt's family. He had a wife and a daughter who he both loved dearly. Grunt was not an evil man, nor had he done much to benefit evil in his life. A simple man looking to make a living, the only thing he ever wanted in his life was for his family to live a happy life at all costs. When Grunt went to Zaun, his family were constantly robbed of their money by the thugs of the streets. Many Chem-Barons pursued the once rich family to strip them of such wealth. Eventually, they were as poor as any beggar on the street. Grunt's wife grew sick and, eventually, died. She put up a long good fight. Grunt at first tried to bring her back to Piltover, but was met with a knife to his fragile arm, cutting it right off. He dropped his wife's sick body and the man who had swung the knife reminded Grunt that he was not welcome in this city. Grunt, filled with pain, was forced to slowly carry his sick wife back to Zaun with one arm. Two days later, she died. Their daughter was stricken with grief. She cried over her mother's body for days, not letting Grunt perform any sort of burial ritual. This proved to be a near fatal mistake. Not soon after, Grunt's daughter, named Sunny by Grunt due to the warmth the sun brought to the higher levels of Zaun during noon, became ill. Doctors were beyond reach with the costs of medicine being far too high. Many chemists promised potions that would cure his daughter, but Grunt would not make his daughter a lab rat. After wandering Zaun for many days, all hope seemed lost when, suddenly, they came to him. They called themselves the Glorious Evolved and Grunt was given a choice. They offered them both new bodies, but they could not choose what they would become. Grunt, past his breaking point, accepted the offer. They were brought before Viktor, the Machine Herald. After two days, Sunny emerged from the labs as almost entirely metal. Despite her modifications, she was herself in every way and ran to hug her daddy at first sight. Viktor then looked to Grunt and told him he could live with his daughter forever and that he could have revenge on those who cast him out if he agreed to one simple favor. At first, Grunt did not agree. He only wanted to save his daughter and that was it. However, Sunny, strangely, agreed with Viktor over her own father. She told Grunt that she wanted to live with him forever. She didn't want him to ever leave. When she said would stay with Viktor if he did not accept the offer, Grunt had no choice. Staring into the lights that were Viktor's eyes, he wondered what the strange "man" had done to his daughter. Without a comment, Grunt stepped into the labs and vanished for months. For those months, only Sunny, Viktor, and Viktor's assistants would ever know where Grunt was. The Glorious Evolved began to spread rumors of a new breed of evolved man. The new breed were known as the Titans. Whispers told that the Titans would finally be the force needed to show others what relieving the body of flesh could make possible. Metal was perfection, and the Titans would bring about the first step in the Glorious Evolution. Then, one day, the labs released the man that was known as Grunt secretly into the world. The man was given one mission: pay back those who had forsaken his family. Filled with a mysterious rage, the first Titan entered the sewers of Piltover to begin his mission. Those who had taken the woman he loved from him would pay the ultimate price: death. https://images7.alphacoders.com/305/305875.jpg The police of Piltover warned the citizens of Piltover of an earthquake that had taken them by surprise. Everyone was told to go back to their homes until the earthquake stopped. This, of course, was no earthquake. What kind of earthquake shook to the rhythm of footsteps? Suddenly, the "earthquake" reached it's climax and what sounded like screams could be heard from the Yolick family house. The echoing sound of metal breaking against metal went on for only a few minutes. Then, there was silence. The silence was deafening as everyone in Piltover waited for the "Ok" to come out from their homes. Only a few had begun to come outside when, suddenly, a deafening, metallic screech echoed throughout the city. It started as something that sounded like an old furnace starting up and then escalated into an ear deafening cry. Several windows shattered and then the "earthquake" started up again. It was only a few moments later that the police began to realize that this wasn't an earthquake. Grunt, the Metal Titan, began to charge back to Zaun across the cities of Piltover. The police shot at the golem, but their bullets simply deflected off of him. Eventually, he reached the edge of the city that fell down into Zaun. Seemingly cornered, the police order the golem to stop. The lips had just stopped when Grunt jumped down into Zaun. What was he doing? Something of his size jumping from that height would destroy leave a crater in Zaun. The police shot at Grunt as he fell, but then realized what he was falling onto. The Yolick Zaun Outpost was directly below him. The family had used the house to facilitate trade between the two cities for ages. Caitlyn, at the scene and surprisingly unable to dent the beast, quickly whipped out a Hextech communicator and called the outpost below. She screamed for everyone to get out of the building and the woman who had answered the phone began to ask why when what felt like a bomb going off shook the entire police force to their knees. Static filled the Hextech communicator as Caitlyn looked over the edge into Zaun to see the crater the titan had left. After the smoke cleared, the titan was gone and all that was left was the demolished outpost. When the police force of Piltover went down to the outpost to check for survivors, the only thing they found were bodies that looked like they had been cut in half and corpses that were crushed under debris. It was a blood bath. It was a massacre. It was, to simply put it, a graveyard. Mass murders sometimes happened in Piltover and even Zaun, but nothing quite like this. The entire Yolick family was erased from history in less than an hour. Officers were sent to look for the Titan while Caitlyn herself knew she had to pay someone a visit. Someone that resided within Zaun.

"Viktor!"

Her cry was met the metallic sound of the large door opening in front of her. The Machine Herald stepped out in front of her.

"What do you want, fleshbag?"

Caitlyn and Viktor had met before and the previous confrontation had gone, simply put, horrible.

"Where is it? Where are you hiding it?"

"What a brilliant detective you are. I see you have seen my latest creation."

"Why did you do it? I want answers now or a bullet is going through your head."

"You think I am the cause of this? Fool. This why you Piltover scum are so far behind. That was not a machine you saw. It was a man! He had evolved! He was under no one's control. I simply gave him the weapons needed to perform his job and then let his mind wonder about how they could benefit himself."

"I don't like that answer Viktor."

"Then maybe you should try and get the answer from the man himself."

Viktor moved to the side and behind him was Sunny and Grunt, staring at each other. Grunt shook as he looked at his hands. Blood stained his "hands" and his daughter, Sunny, took a towel and wiped it away.

"Don't worry daddy, the bad stuff will get off of you now! The nice man promised that we could go back home when you finish your work daddy!"

Only a grim moan escaped the Titan as it replied to it's daughter. Caitlyn raised her gun, aiming at the Titan.

"Yes, shoot police chief. Make him repay for his, so called, crimes. Take away the one thing he has left: his life. Take away the only thing his daughter has left: her dad. End their suffering. Do it."

With a sigh, Caitlyn fired the bullet at the Titan only for it to deflect off of his shell. The Titan didn't even flinch at the shot as it slowly looked over at Viktor and Caitlyn. Fear visible in her eyes, Caitlyn stepped back a step.

"Hmm, didn't expect you to actually do it," Viktor chuckled a little. "You are pretty cold Caitlyn. However, I hope you know what you are dealing with now."

Grunt released a loud grunt.

"No, need for worry Grunt. She is leaving now."

As Caitlyn returned to Piltover, clearly outgunned, she thought about the events that had unfolded today. What could Viktor possibly unleash upon this world? Back in Viktor's lab, Grunt looked down at his daughter, Sunny, with a sad "expression". Revenge. It felt good when you were doing it, but now? He felt cold. His insides felt cold. He could not feel the warmth. His daughter touched his "hand" and he felt nothing. Sunny... what had they done to themselves? Grunt walked over to the nearest window before looking out as the sun began disappear out of sight from the depths of Zaun. It was a warmth Grunt could never feel again. For all eternity, this was his state. With a loud moan, Grunt looked at Viktor before returning to his post with his daughter. No one could ever harm the Machine Herald. That was his job. Now he had one purpose. Viktor, the man who had saved his daughter but doomed them both for eternity, was his master now. The favor was simple... protect me until you die. Make sure the evolution can continue. It is no where near time for me to die. I must live for the evolution to take place. Disobey and you will be getting in the way of the Glorious Evolution. I cannot stop what will happen to you when you do that.

Sitting back down, Sunny continued to wipe the blood off of Grunt's "hands". Night came and they both stared at the moon all night. They could not sleep and could not feel fatigued. So, they simply sat and watched the moon glide overhead. Sunny held onto Grunt's "hand", holding the rag she had used to clean them. The red rag shimmered in the moonlight.

This can generate up to a 60/70/80/90/100 (+5/10/15/20/25% Max Health) shield. While the shield is at maximum value, Grunt gains 10/20/30/40/50 bonus armor and magic resist. His drill "hand" then spins for the next 4/5/6/7/8 seconds, causing his basic attacks to refresh the armor shred duration and deal 10/25/40/55/70 (+2/4/6/8/10% AD) bonus on-hit physical damage. Grunt then takes 1/2/3/4/5% reduced physical and magic damage for the next 5 seconds for every enemy champion hit, stacking up to 5 times for up to 5/10/15/20/25% reduced physical and magic damage for the next 5 seconds. Cool Down: 18/17.5/17/16.5/16 seconds Range: 500

Ultimate- Unfeeling Machine Active: Grunt charges his buzzsaw "hand" for up to 10 seconds. During this time, he loses 15% movement speed. This physical damage ignores 30/45/60% of the target's bonus armor. Grunt cannot move while the target is suppressed. While charging, Grunt cannot activate his other abilities. This is Grunt. He is a character from the new Glorious Evolved. He is the tankiest character in the game that revolves around protecting his allies by providing a ton of intimidating presence for anyone wishing to dive his vulnerable allies. He is a Juggernaut that uses his tankiness to destroy Assassins and Divers who think they can kill his allies. Having one of the longest single target crowd control combos in the game, approaching him is not advised at all. However, he won't be approaching you since all his movement speed is converted into bonus defenses once he gets his ultimate, which he needs.

This dude is really tanky. I would probably have the passive shield based on bonus stats if you want to keep the current numbers. his kit seem cohesive but i dislike the ultimate passive portion.
