I have Chroma for Headhunter Yi, and I know for sure there's Dragon Slayer Vayne too. You're not entirely off the mark though, most the Chroma packs were for the base models.

Once they figure out a better way to dish out Chromas they will prob start cranking them out again

Problem was not advertisement but sales. Most summoners though the chromas was way too expensive for a recolor, yeah sure you get 4 but you most likely are going to use 1 only

Thats what I meant, the main feedback was that chromas were too expensive and you only used one mainly

how do you do that

how do you do that

Step 1: Download Skin Installer Ultimate

https://sites.google.com/site/siuupdates/

Step 2: Wait for it to load your game and then go to skin creation.

Step 3: Expand RAF and find the champion you want to make a skin for and extract their tx_cm.dds file.

Step 4: Use an image editor that can open .dds files. I used gimp with a .dds plugin.

Did you do an update to her face with these Chromas too? Her face looks so much more detailed that she looks as if she got a VU frankly. Very nice job! I wouldn't buy these personally because I'm not good at Lulu, but these would definitely sell well.

It's because, if I understand you correctly, OP used Dragon Trainer Lulu's model for the first two Chromas and made it look like it's her classic and Wicked skins. Really great work nonetheless, and a reminder that Lulu could use a VU.
