Champion kit #20, a Warden and the cape of Gassantoda
Hello you people, I'm FúrinKazan and, although a level 10 account, I'm actually close to 400 in the BR server. I recently tried to reach out to Riot about my projects for League of Legends, but unfortunately they only deal with graduated people.
Anyway, the projects I made for the game have no use anymore so I decided to publish them all. They are champion kits, counting up to 120 with unique abilities, defined classes, gameplay and numbers for those who like. The idea is to publish one champion per day until April. I also have some champion updades and they might show up sometimes.
I see a lot of good and creative kit concepts and reworks everywhere on the internet. However, if its gameplay is not coherent, it's not a champion. If numbers are not right, it won't work. Riot abandons a lot of cool fantasies because they end up failing at executon, so I bring you the abilities instead, for people to imagine a theme as they want. Here we go (leave a comment and take a look at my older posts!):

- Warden core traits: high defensive tools, reliable peel, moderate crowd control, hindered mobility
Passive: Grand master of Gassantoda: Tsunehisa receives additional Maximum Health and Movement Speed when near an enemy champion. This effect stacks up to 5 times.
-Additional Maximum Health: 45/85/125 -Additional Movement Speed: 4/8/12%
Values at levels 1/9/17.
1st Skill: Tsunehisa smashes the ground with great strength, hitting the closest enemy within a small area, dealing damage and pushing it back (prioritizes enemy champions).
The attack creates a wave of impact that advances within a median-sized conical area in the same direction the attack was given. The wave deals damage and briefly pushes enemies back (a same enemy can only take damage once).
-Damage: 80/125/170/215/260 (+ 2.5% of Tsunehisa's Bonus Health) as Physical damage -Damage (wave): 60/90/120/150/180 (+ 1.5% of Tsunehisa's Bonus Health) as Physical Damage -CD: 8/7.5/7/6.5/6 seconds
2nd Skill: Passive: Tsunehisa's basic attacks and abilities that deal damage also slows and deals bonus **Magic Damage **equal to 2% of his Bonus Health. Additionally, basic attacks create a wave of impact that deals damage within a conical area behind their target.
Active: 1st use: Tsunehisa rises his cape and uses it as a shield, receiving 10% bonus Movement Speed and a shield that protects from all incoming damage from the chosen direction for up to 3.5 seconds. He takes, however, 50% increased damage when hit from behind. Once chosen, the direction remains the same until the effect ends. During this time, Tsunehisa may reactivate the ability.
2nd use: Tsunehisa expands his cape around himself, capturing and dealing damage to all enemy champions hit. Captured enemy champions are** grounded** for a few seconds and, during this time, can be targeted by Tsunehisa's basic attacks independently of range, as long as they are within the cape's area, which is fixed and centered in Tsunehisa.
During this time, he retains the Movement Speed bonus.
-Slow: 20/30/40/50/60% for 0.5 second -Shield value: 60/75/90/105/120 (+ 8/9/10/11/12% of Tsunehisa's Maximum Health) -Expansion damage: 60/90/120/150/180 (+ 60% AP) as Magic Damage -Controls duration: 1.2/1.4/1.6/1.8/2 seconds -CD: 20/19/18/17/16 seconds (begins with the first use)
3rd Skill: 1st use: Tsunehisa extends his cape towards the targeted direction. It stops and wraps itself around the first enemy it hits, dealing damage and taunting it for 1.5 seconds. Taunted enemy champions may cast abilities, but they are always targeted against Tsunehisa and he takes 30% reduced damage from said enemy champion. Within this time, Tsunehisa may reactivate the ability, causing different effects based on the use he chooses.
Moving too far away from the enemy hit cancels the effect.
2nd use (targeting the enemy hit): Tsunehisa advances towards the wrapped enemy at the same time he pulls it towards himself. Upon reaching his enemy, Tsunehisa strikes him with great force, dealing damage.
2nd use (casting towards a direction): Tsunehisa drags the wrapped enemy to the right of the the left, without altering the distance between them. The maximum distance covers a maximum of 90°, for either side. The dragged enemy takes damage for every other enemy he collides with and these also take damage. If he collides with terrain, the dragged enemy takes great damage and is stunned for 0.5 second.
-Damage (1st use): 40/70/100/130/160 (+ 40% AP) as Magic Damage -Damage (2nd use's strike, upon colliding with terrain on 2nd use and damage dealt to collided enemies in the 2nd use): 8/11/14/17/20% of the enemy's Maximum Health as Physical Damage -Damage (dealt to the dragged enemy per other enemy it collides with): 10/15/20/25/30 (+ 20% AD) as Physical Damage -CD: 16/15/14/13/12 seconds
Ultimate: Tsunehisa deceives his enemies into thinking that he is weakened. Within the next 6 seconds, Tsunehisa increases all the damage he takes by a percentage and ignores any damage reductions that may take action over him. After the duration ends, all additional damage he took is then granted to him as healing.
If Tsunehisa dies within this time, he will, instead, become invisible for 2.5 seconds and receive 10% additional Movement Speed for the same time. When the effect ends, Tsunehisa emits a powerful wave of impact around himself, dealing damage and stunning all enemies hit. Additionally, all the increased damage previously taken is granted as healing.
