Anthira: The Famine's Rage

Lore-wise, Anthira is a demon of hunger and acts of rage, preying on those who are starving and/or committing anger fueled acts. He is often associated with the cold, as he tends to hunt in the Freljord, only going to other regions during the winter. This is my third idea for a Wendigo-based champion.

Gameplay-wise, Anthira is a diver/drain tank largely focused on buffing himself while debuffing the enemy.

**Passive: Gluttonous Frenzy - **Anthira gains stacks of Hunger the longer he is near an enemy champion. Each stack grants him bonus movement and attack speed. The lower the nearby enemy’s health, the more powerful each stack becomes. Hunger stacks decay over time when not near an enemy.

**Q: Frostbite - **Anthira leaps in a target direction, damaging and slowing the first enemy champion he hits and knocking aside and and damaging enemy minions or jungle camps. This can be used to cross over terrain.

**W: Cannibalize - **Anthira marks an enemy. As a result, any damage they deal is also dealt (at 30% effectiveness) to themselves and nearby allies, healing Amirus for all of the self dealt damage.

E: Chilling Presence - Anthira deals DOT to all enemies with a radius while reducing their armor.

**R:Starve - **Anthira temporarily drains the mana from a targeted enemy champion, allowing him to deal bonus true damage and heal for 80% of the damage dealt. Attacking the mana drained (starving) enemy doubles these effects. After three seconds, the targeted enemy’s mana will return to normal.

After getting feedback on the kit, I may work on a concept and make a new thread on the updated version with some concept art.

Yeah, a good idea would be to replace that ult. Half the champs would be immune to it and half the champs would be gutted and left to dry for something they had literally 0 chance to counter.

Not exactly fun design you're working with, and the rest of the kit doesn't even really sound fun to play as, much less against.
