Echen, the Burning Necromancer
Echen is a mage themed around burning his enemies to the ground, then reviving them as fast-burning minions. He's designed around zoning enemies, because if they get too close to the burning bodies of their minions or fallen allies, they can easily be bursted into ashes.
PASSIVE: Infernal Minions Autoattacking an enemy sets them on fire, dealing 4 true damage per second for 6 seconds. If the enemy minion dies while on fire, they leave behind a body that lasts 20 seconds. You can right-click on any bodies to go through a 1 second animation and raise the body from the dead. Raised bodies last 6 seconds, and attack nearby enemies. They apply their passive to enemies that they attack. Their attack damage is equal to 20% of your AP, their movement speed is that of a normal minion, and the rest of their stats are based on the enemy that was killed. Bodies can be destroyed, both while on the ground and while raised. On the ground, they can be destroyed with 2 basic attacks. Raised bodies and burning bodies will light up the surrounding area, similarly to a ward.
Q: Flame Blast 6 second cooldown Shoots a ball of fire in a line, dealing 70/90/110/130/150 (+60% AP) magic damage to the first enemy hit. If it hits a body, whether raised or on the ground, the body will explode, causing nearby enemies to take the same damage as above and applying your passive to them. Nearby bodies will also explode, but enemies can only take damage from one explosion. Raised minions will not cause other nearby raised minions to explode, and cut the cooldown of this ability in half.
W: Enhanced Flames 15/14/13/12/11 second cooldown For 4/4.5/5/5.5/6 seconds, Echen gains 50/55/60/65/70% attack speed, and enemies hit by his basic attacks while they fly to the target are also hit, taking damage, lighting on fire, and applying all on-hit effects.
E: Brighten Fire 25/23/21/19/17 second cooldown Echen targets an enemy that is on fire from his passive. That enemy's flames glow brighter, refreshing his passive, taking 8 true damage per second from it rather than 4, and causing all of Echen's raised minions to attack that target.
R: Burnout 100/80/60 second cooldown Echen turns up the heat on target enemy that has his passive applied to them, doubling the true damage they take from it and causing them to take 80/160/240 (+65% AP) magic damage over the duration as well. His passive cannot refresh on the enemy targeted by this ability until after it expires. If the target dies, they become a burning body on the ground that lasts 40 seconds. If the body explodes from his Q, it will deal double the damage instead. The body can be revived with his passive, and if it is, it will target the last enemy you attacked and last 40 seconds. While raised, it can also explode from his Q, dealing the same damage as mentioned earlier.
