Vi originally came from a gang, right? That could be from someone who was around during that time and has now become the leader.
Just a kit idea I've drawn up really quick.
Sora, The Sky Below HP: 561-1650 HP Regen: 8-22 MP: 365-789 MP Regen: 4-14 AD: 63-121 Attack Speed: .625 (+2.8% per level) Movement Speed: 340 Attack Range: 125 Armor: 30-71 Magic Resist: 29-45
Passive: Surge Forth - While in combat, Sora gains up to 100% extra movement speed while moving towards enemy champions which scales up over 3 seconds. This decreases at the same rate while not moving, and instantly deteriorates while moving away.
Secret Passive: Get The Gang Back Together - Sora does 1 less damage with auto attacks to Jinx, Vi, and any future characters coming from the same gang. This applies after crit but before armor and magic resist calculations.
Q: Momentum Cannon - Sora stops, shooting at a target enemy dealing 60/85/110/135/160 physical damage to the target. This has a total AD ratio equal to all % movement speed buffs, up to 200%. This is affected by the softcap on movement speed. Has a 9/8/7/6/5 second cooldown and costs 75 mana.
W: The Walls - Sora channels for up to 3 seconds, which can be disabled by movement or recasting. During this time, a mesh stretches over the ground at Sora's current movement speed. When the channel ends, the mesh rises up, forming a cage around the affected area, which centers on Sora. The borders form temporary terrain, and the cage cannot be dashed, leapt, or otherwise moved through besides blinks. The cage lasts for 3 seconds plus the amount of time that was channeled. If the channel is interrupted, this ability is put on an 8 second cooldown. Has a 30/27/24/21/18 second cooldown after the channel and costs 100/95/90/85/80 mana.
E: Skyward Bound - Sora dashes in a target direction for 400 units, dealing 60/80/100/120/140 +60%BonusAD physical damage to all units struck. If this hits an enemy champion, they are knocked into the air briefly and this ability can be recast. The second cast replaces the dash with a leap whose distance scales with bonus movement speed. If it hits an airborne champion, it slams them into the ground and does 50% more damage. Has a 12 second cooldown and costs 50 mana on both casts.
R: Reach For It - Sora raises one fist for a second before slamming it into the ground. A shockwave shoots out, knocking enemies up for 2 to 0.5 seconds based on how far they were from Sora (max range of 600). After landing, they lose all movement speed buffs from spell or item active sources. Sora gains 20% bonus movement speed for 2 seconds for every buff removed this way.
We could use another criminal coming from Piltover as a rival for Piltover's Finest. The only interaction in that regard right now is Jinx (and to some degree Camille, but just in game quotes).
I could see that quote getting used there. :3
