Ghee - Spirit of the Glade River

Passive - Gift of the River : Draws energy from the river, empowering his abilities the next time they are used.

Being in the river grants him a large movment speed boost (100%) as well as increased health regen (50hp5). The effects persist for 2sec after leaving the river.

Q-Wake : Extends his staff and spins around once dealing damage to enemies around him.

Empowered : knocks back enemies and does increased damage.

W- Living Leash : fires his tongue in a line. Enemies hit are damaged and have their moment restricted to a 600 range area around Ghee for 1.5 sec and are slowed.

Empowered : this ability may be used to intercept single projectile ranged abilities and be reactivated to cast them as his own for 2 sec.

E-Excrete : Passive His staff becomes coated with poison that deals damage over time based on his max health.

Empowered: double poison damage on next basic attack.

R-Vault : Leaps up to 1700 range to target location. Damages and slows enemies where he lands.

Empowered : Enemies are feared where he lands.

Since the river is such a hot spot for contesting things like dragon and Baron I thought it would be neat to have a champion that thrives in this area.
