Orianna shield change for better positioning

Changes After casting shield, Orianna can cast it again instantly to bring the ball back.

Example 1: Orianna shields an ally The enemy is running up to attack Orianna The ball travels too slow to hit the champion, and it won't reset because it's stuck to the ally.

Example 2: Orianna shields an ally Another teammate is about to die, but is farther up Ball travels again, too slow to hit her teammate (remember the ball is still stuck to your teammate)

After changes occur

Example 1: Orianna shields an ally The enemy runs up to attack her She can redraw the ball to counter with a Q W to attempt to slow them

Example 2: Orianna shields an ally Another teammate is about to die, but the ball is stuck to your adc Good thing she already pulled back the ball, so now the shield comes sooner.

Absolutely no changes in laning phase Recasting shield does nothing except keep the ball on her. There is no "double" shield, since it's just a re-positioning change and cannot but abused Shielding your jungler, and having them die but still have enough mana to fight? Good in my book.
