Rogue Admiral Garen

congratulations to whoever designed that skin. it looks awesome, and i love the level of detail that was put into it. probably my new favourite skin. (ive been running desert trooper up until now).

i know its just a 720 rp skin, but could we make one small addition to it? it would be cool if for his recall animation he would take the spyglass from his back and gazed into the distance, while leaning on his sword.

except for his ult, he doesnt have much room for fancy particle effects on his skins. so just thought it would be a nice touch.
