Passive: Frozen rider/Scarmother's Fury -When leaving the fountain Vrynna mounts her drüvask boar and gains 100 decaying movements speed for 10 seconds, then dismounts until she returns to her spawn. -Whenever Vrynna takes damage she stores 5 fury, up to a cap of 25. For every 5 fury Vrynna has she gains 1% lifesteal and 2 armor and mr and 1 ad up to a max of 5 lifesteal and 10 armor and mr and 5 ad.

Q-

W- Loot and burn- Vrynna throws a torch at a target location dealing 50/60/70/80/90 magic damage and (.1 AD) missing health as magical damage. Deals 1% more per 5 fury consumed.

Figure out her weapons. She is an iceborne right? Ashe has her bow, and ashe's mother had an axe and a sword? Vrynna must use some type of weapon. After you pick that out, her abilities should come fairly easy.

Thoughts

Vrynna is a hearty champion of the cold. I would Give her some type of utility or survival skill. She could be a jungler because of that.

Other thoughts. Vrynna is part of Sejuanni's group right? They RAID villages and steal and slaughter. Perhaps she could have a RAID mechanic, where she gets random quests to gank certain lanes and gets rewards for pulling it off, or for even dealing damage. Think of the Wolf part of kindreds passives, where wolf hungers for random jungle camps, except its for lannes, or the champions that reside there.

Maybe she could get rewarded like this. Deal 1/3 of the enemy champs Hp. Get 50 Gold. Kill them? 100 Gold.

In legends of runterra Vrynna's card causes her to gain damage when she suvives damage. Perhaps you could use that somehow. Like, she has an ability, but it deals more damage if she has taken 10% of her health in the last 2 seconds etc.

I would suggest buffing the stats of her ability much more than that. Only gaining 5 ad? Darius gains 40 ad when he manages to get full stacks on an enemy champion. or you could leave the ad mr and armor amount the same per fury and just increase her fury to 100. at 100 fury she could have an extra 50 armor and magic resist. That sounds really cool. She could gain rage by attacking and being attacked. So she becomes harder to kill as you continue to fight her. Her abilities clearly would cost fury.

you could make her heavily auto attacked based with powerful abilities that have a high pay off, but the cost of her abilities would be pretty substantial so using abilities would lessen her armor and magic resist. Maybe certain abilities can have an enhanced effect if they are used at 100 fury. I would take out the life steal though. That just seems too much like olaf.
