With so many champions, super creative ideas for new ones may be kinda slim. But why is there no champion based on a skeleton? It seems so simple but for some reason, no champion visually represents a skeleton.
I believe skeletons are banned in China or something. SORRY IF IM WRONG, NOT TRYING TO BE RACIST. I just read this somewhere when this question came up before. A lot of their audience is in China and a skeleton champ would not cater to them and potentially force a ban on LoL there.

They changed karthus because of this. I believe its china that has regulations against skeleton based characters. So riot cant do it

pretty much everyone else in the comments nailed it, it's not specifically skeletons that are 2spoopy5China but actually human remains that are a thing for them, ie skeletons, corpses, organs sometimes, etc. in any case, karthus used to be a skeleton, but they had to change it because of china
