Andros the high dragon (wip)

[Passive] Draconian: As a high dragon Andros has lived long enough to have hardened scales that provide him with +30 magic resistance, +30 bonus physical armor as well as increased health regeneration rate when burning or standing in flames.
NEW [Passive] Magi Reaver: Over the course of Andros's existence he has acquired extensive knowledge of the magical arts and a means to beat them, Andros has spent countless years hunting and devouring mages that he is now able to consume their magic. For each spell / mana ability used within 800 units of Andros he gains a stack of mana essence that increase in his attack speed, and bonus magic damage on hit for 3 seconds maximum of 5 stacks. At max stacks any ability cast by Andros creates a black flame shield that continually damages enemies within 300 units around him, this shield negates the effects of all cc and absorbs up to 500 points of damage lasting 6 secs before breaking. (Flame shield also triggers Draconian while active).
[Basic] Flame talons: Andros basic attacks reduce armor and magic resistance, stacking up to 5 hits (--30% Max) after 5 hits Andros slams the ground dealing AOE damage and knocking down enemy champions in 250 units of him.
[Q] Flame burst: Andros fires either a ball of fire or blows a stream of flame if held dealing damage and burning enemy units and terrain for 5 sec and granting vision of the burning targets.
[W] Wing buffet: Andros beats his wings at the ground stunning enemy units within 400 units around him, then fans out a gust to knock back units in a 115° cone to 600 units, any burning areas are fanned creating a moving wave of flames that travel 1000 units damaging enemy units and structures and revealing the area it travels as well as stealthed units along its path.
[E] Dragon's flight: Andros channels for 3 seconds raising a ring of dark flames at his location that damages enemy units that are within 500 units of his surroundings after the channel he takes flight creating a wave that expands the ring to 800 units and gains increased movement speed and the ability to move over walls. While flying Andros can change his direction and can remain airborne for 20 seconds. After this time Andros lands at a target area automatically casting wing buffet.
[R] Devour: Andros eats a target unit holding them in his stomach dealing 10% of his maximum health twice in 6 seconds, this executes champions below 40% health and refunds the damage dealt as life-steal. If a champion survives they are spit out at his location and are slowed for up to 3 seconds. This ability can be recast to fire the enemy 600 units in a target direction, spit enemies take additional damage if they collide with walls or other champions to receive and deal 50% of their remaining health as damage stunning them for 1.5 seconds on collision and knocking back the collided champion 300 units. If Andros is at full health or is over healed by this ability he becomes empowered gaining increased attack speed and on hit magic damage, this empowered state lasts as long as Andros has extra health, over healing acts as grey health.
