X-93 is piece of very high tech, technology that is not only a very powerful beam cannon but also has artificial intelligence. The problem here is that the X-93 ended up being too smart and too powerful so it ended up blowing up its lab of where it was created all the way in Zaun. X-93 shall be classified as a mage type focusing around channeling for long durations to deal very heavy magic damage bursts at a distance, but if you close the distance to fight the X-93 then you have the huge advantage as the X-93 was programmed to fight make things explode at a distance and not for short distance combat. Also X-83 does not use Mana but instead a unique resource known as electricity that involves standing still in order to regenerating the gauge to keep using spells.


Basic Attack Range: 625 units

Electricity: X-93's resource that he uses is electricity that he stores 120(+10 per level) electricity to use at one time. X-93 recovers electricity by either regenerating it at his fountain or standing still after 2 seconds will regenerate 10/15/20/25%[@levels 1/6/11/16] electricity per second. Additionally basic attack grant 10% electricity on-hit against enemy champions.

X-93 cannot move while channeling his spells, channeling will apply as standing still.

Zap Cannon (Q): Cooldown: 7/6/5/4/3 seconds; Cost: 40/45/50/55/60 Electricity; Range: 800 - 1600 units X-93 channels for up to 2 seconds to send a powerful zap in the target direction to deal somewhere between 40/60/80/100/120(+30%AP) to 160/240/320/400/480(+120%AP) as magic damage to the first unit struck and increased range based on how long this spell was channeled for. If the spell was fully charged then Zap Cannon's shot becomes a powerful beam dealing the maximum damage to all enemies in its path.

Electric Surge (W): Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 seconds; Cost: 60/65/70/75/80 Electricity; Range: 500 - 900 units X-93 channels for up to 1 second to send out an electric surge around him to deal between 40/60/80/100/120(+30%AP) to 60/90/120/150/180(+45%AP) magic damage, 40 to 80% slow for 1.25/1.5/1.75/2/2.25 seconds, and increased range based on how long this spell was channeled for.

Plasma Burst (E): Cooldown: 30 seconds; Cost: 80% max Electricity; Range: 1000 - 3000 units X-93 channels for up to 1.5 seconds to send a slow yet powerful plasma burst in the target direction to deal 100/150/200/250/300(+100%AP) to 300/450/600/750/900(+300%AP) magic damage to the first unit struck and increased range based on how long this spell was channeled for.

EMP Blast (R): Cooldown: 160/130/100 seconds; Cost: 150 Electricity; Range: 1500 - Global X-93 channels for up to 5 seconds to send a large and powerful EMP blast to the target location to stun all units struck for 1 to 5/6/7 seconds and increased range based on how long the spell was channeled for. The first 0 to 1.25/1.5/1.75 seconds of the stun duration suppresses struck units in place based on how long this spell was channeled for.


Some things to mentions is that EMP Blast has travel time and Plasma Burst when I say slow I mean slow like you literally have to be stun locked beyond EMP Blast's suppress and stun duration to get hit by this spell or mentally retarded and stupid because the spell will move at a whopping approx 250~ units per second! I am aware that most of the fully channeled values are "insanely overpowered" but it is not like there is surprise value to them because every ability to see coming and this champion is to be an insane power champion. But yea this champion is all about charging your abilities first and then unleashing powerful spells at your enemies that will make them cry in pain and have nightmares of the X-93. Goku and Megaman X somehow had a child together and this is their child... to be continued on Dragon Man X!
