Poison Assassin Concept WIP

I'm currently working on a poison assassin concept, and I'm stuck between 2 different characters, Belladonna, the Hidden Venom and Dutara, the Viper of the Sands

Belladonna, the Hidden Venom Belladonna is a chem baron from Zaun who uses stealth and trickery to get what she wants. Where most chem barons employ assassins to take out their opponents, why would Belladonna have any need to? Her venom is deadly enough, and she can inject it in you without you noticing, leaving you dead before you even realize anything is wrong.

Her gameplay, obviously, revolves around using stealth and poisons to kill her targets.

Passive: Venom Strikes: Hitting 3 basic attacks on an enemy leaves them infected with Dormant Venom for 4 seconds. Using an ability on a target afflicted with Dormant Venom detonates the venom, dealing damage over time equal to 50% of the damage the ability dealt over 6 seconds. This includes any on-hit and spell effects (such as Lich Bane or Luden's - and yes, one of her abilities does proc both) in the bonus damage. 14 second cooldown.

Q: Hidden/Envenom: Passively store charges, up to 3. Expend 1 charge to cast Hidden, entering stealth for 1 second and gaining a burst of movement speed. While in stealth, casting this ability casts Envenom, expending a charge to dash through a target enemy, landing 350 units behind the target and dealing physical damage to all enemies hit along the line. Envenom applies both on-hit and spell effects and counts as either a basic attack or a spell towards activating the passive. Damage: 40/55/70/85/100 (+50% AP) (+35% bonus AD). Cost: 1 charge, 40 mana Cooldown: 0 seconds, 20/18.5/17/15.5/13 second recharge time

R: Deadly Nightshade: Slash viciously at a target in melee range, dealing fair magic damage over 1 second before launching the target away in the direction your mouse is pointing, launching yourself the opposite direction. For 4 seconds after, the target takes true damage per second.

And that's about as far as I've gotten on Belladonna's development.

Dutara, the Viper of the Sands is a snake charmer from Shurima who gets a lot of help from her pet viper in her kit. I don't have a name for the viper yet, but I would like something in the Shuriman language, again related to poison (Belladonna is a flower that's also known as deadly nightshade, and Dutara is named after the datura plant, a poisonous, flowering desert plant that causes hallucinations). For now, I'll just call him Viper.

I'm less developed on Dutara because I got the idea halfway through developing Belladonna that, hey, poison-based chem baron sounds a lot like someone else we know (ahem, Singed), so I started brainstorming something to take her away from him in her basics and thought, "What about a snake charmer?"

No matter which one I make, I do want to create an ability on them that acts similar to a snare, but the afflicted target can still use dashes/other mobility spells.
