It looks quite similar to an Alistar skin making it easy to confuse one for the other in a clutch moment. I don't really care about the asthetics. I don't play Rengar, I just want to be able to identify the champ's silhouette easily.

Well, while I agree that the outfits and hairstyle do look a little too much alike, identifying their silhouette shouldn't be a huge issue. Alistar is bulky, massive, stands hunched over with his arms close into his body, while Rengar stays crouched, keeping his mass low and has his arms spread at his side.
