I love the new LeBlanc rework. Her abilities are almost exactly the same. The changes made to her mark and ult allow and require her to play much more dynamically. You used to have your bread and butter q-w or w-q-r-w harass combos. Now you have to figure out how to proc the mark in many different ways. The rework basically freshened up LeBlanc's playstyle while also retaining what made her fun in the first place.

It even makes her counter picks that much stronger. The short delay on her W snap back givess Morgana, Lux, and any other skillshots stun mages a good chance at returning a lot of damage to her. In all honesty, LeBlanc isn't OP in lane. The problem is most players don't know how to play against her. Yes, any champion can stand under their tower, sacrifice a little CS, ward properly, call mia, etc to hard counter LeBlanc. But you can outtrade or simply avoid LeBlanc's damage in lane with most mages if you can avoid her chain. Which is a fair amount of counter-play.

From a long time LeBlanc main, thanks for the great rework! I really mean it!

I agree. The only issue Leblanc has atm is her chain can't be adequately broken. Even a decent dash wont get you out of range enough to break it, and it has a bit of hang time before it actually counts as broken even when you get out of range, so it gets proc'd anyway.

outside of that, Lebanc is both 90% more fair and 200% more fun to play now imho.

the amount of damage loaded into her chain is really stupid tho. Don't get me wrong she should be rewarded for hitting it, but it's almost impossible to break

Am I being pranked right now? But seriously once that E hits you you're gonna die. I don't see how that is "fair and fun" gameplay. Also on top of the fact she is basically pick or ban in the pro scene and part of that is still retained in normal ranked play.

Honestly the only thing I don't like about her is the insane amount of damage they loaded into her chain. Like I feel that could be spread around her kit.

A shame you'll never get to play her again once we have 10 bans. And unlike Yasuo, getting to high elo isn't going to make that stop either.

I'd love to play Leblanc, but her kit feels clunky. I haven't put forth the effort to learn her new kit in detail, and the ult confuses me

I like the rework, the numbers can use a little tuning and redistribution, but the actual kit itself is better than what it was IMO.

sure, lb rework is cool and all, but her chain length is busted and needs to be changed. the fact that a flash and a few steps can't break the chain is just stupid.

She's in a decent place, but she does need nerfs, or some power budget adjustments.

Specifically, to her E. It's tether is virtually inescapable for a great deal of champions, even if she doesn't use her W to adjust her own positioning, and the damage it does is utterly insane. I'd have to run the numbers to be certain, but I think when it triggers her passive it might actually do more damage than max distance pre-rework Nidalee spears. Sure, the range is less, but it also roots you.

And once you get hit by the first E, you'll probably get hit by the second one, and enjoy another nuke and another root.

I understand that LeBlanc has to sit in range for the chain to trigger, and it can be very dangerous for her, especially late game, but that doesn't justify it.

Yea! I love taking 70% of my life because she hit me with one ability, then dying instantly because she still has 2 more abilities ... LeBlanc isn't balanced, her kit may be better designed but the numbers are way off and that chain needs to be easier to break. Sure give her the burst reward for hitting the chain, but there needs to be an easier way to break it and less reward when she misses it. If she misses she can just Q then dash to you dealing the same amount of damage... like hello where is the counterplay? There be a reason she is pick/ban friend, it sure as hell isn't because she is just so balanced...
