She might get one this year, we got told that Project will return. Wouldn't bet on it since she got KDA not too long ago, tho.

she deserves a project skin she looks like one of those assassins Project Corporation would develop.

Well, yes, she is a good candidate, but there are other good candidates for the skin line. Basically every human marksman and every swift fighter would fit perfectly in the skin line. These are actually all very good candidates, too. I just hope that we finally get Project Quinn, this skin has been requested for so many years and it seems that Riot is at it to do the skins the community always wanted now (most recent example, Meowrick and Corgi Corki).

In the end, I guess it depends if they are going to have a specific thematic for the Projects again this year, like ~~last year~~ 2 years ago was called "Hunters" and if Akali fits this specific thematic.

not all of them have a project 'feel' to them. maybe trydemere/talon are the forces that oppose project corporation. cait i think has a skin for them its resistance skin. riven i can see one on her. maybe shen also since he has protective shielding. pantheon YES i see a deflector shield (like in star wars). valor could be robotic quinn is a recon unit. idk the rest though. if pyke is remade into a assassination unit (a pure robot ultimate skin) then HELL yes. make project pyke a pure killing machine. then put "thank you for your cooperation" saying to enemy he ulted the ult would have a hologram/plasma look.

Different people may feel different about this "Project feel". I thing the big majority of champions I listed there totally would compliment the Projects, if it is done right.

The "forces opposing Project" are the Programs. I don't know if I would picture Tryndamere in Program, the skin line looks pretty elegant. And Talon totally does feel more like Project for me. You said it for Akali yourself, he is also one of the assassin designs which the Project corporation might design.

Caitlyn does not have a skin in this universe. Resistance Caitlyn is settled in the same universe like Battlecast. These 2 skin lines (at least currently) have no relation to each other. So she should be a legit pick for the skin line, too.

Point being: Akali is a candidate, but the competition is big. We have to wait and see, I personally don't think it is going to happen since she already got KDA (with a Prestige design additionally).

oh ok i figured resistance= vs projects. now i should picture terminator movie reference. 0_0. all i know is that battlecasts are caused by victor basically copying/improving already dead creatures design example as you say Velkoz is already dead/extinct in that universe so victor improved on its designing insuring/adapting for his machines to succeed.
