There is a place where all is nothing. Nothing is all. The Void. Darkness is present in all places and where it isn't, there are monsters. Creatures almost designed to consume, kill, destroy, and all other manner of unsightly tasks. However, with each at the peak of evolution for it's purpose, one could almost say they were created. Made to perform such tasks. All of them, carefully woven into what they are. A creature resides deep within the Void, awaiting the time when it will once again awaken and take action. Some of the monsters consider it the leader, others even see it as a father. Even those that barely even have a mind to work with bow or are scared at it's very presence. To those that did encounter it, they did not live long enough to give it a name or even find out what exactly it is. All they noticed was the ground below them, the sky above them, and all else in between fade away into nothing before all they have ever known or loved was not there anymore. The Void had consumed them all. Each dimension was the same, but eventually, the creature's gazing eye saw where a light almost challenged it. A ginormous light that almost blinded the beast. Through a rift in the very essence of space, it ripped a larger hole to kill the light. On the other side, it found beings that were both scared and worshiped it. It's praise did not last long when the vile creature's creations pierced into the world as well, killing everything in sight. While it seemed like the world was at it's end, a powerful wielder of magic sealed the portals to the Void shut and put the city where the invasion began under a spell of stealth so as to never be found. However, in Runeterra, all is eventually found and, like any seal that has ever been made, they eventually break. With all the might it could muster, the creature that was recorded in Runeterra under the name Cul'Tha, the one who had first began the slaughter of Runeterra, broke the seal enough to allow a steady stream of it's creations of the Void out. However, with it's strength temporarily expended, it began to rest. Now, after much time has passed, it's eyes have opened. It's strength has completely returned. It... has already crossed into this world. The day it arrived, the planet shook and all who had ever encountered the Void and had not been consumed by it felt a pain where their heart was. They could feel the impending doom upon them. They knew that, deep down, the end of all things had come and they were hardly prepared to stop it. Now, with all they can muster, the ones who oppose the Void attempt to gather a force and enough power to fight back against Cul'Tha and it's followers. However, what chance might they have against a creature who had destroyed many dimensions before and had already had experience against this world's magic and battle techniques? Valoran, no, Runeterra, no, the entire universe and all beings, mortal and immortal, enter an age that could end with everything ever created fading into darkness. Darkness that will have finally consumed the brightest light of them all.

Cul'Tha is a Tank/Mage that works on a global scale to destroy everything, both living and inanimate. With abilities that can permanently alter the map and damage that can crush it's enemies and their structures, Cul'Tha is a presence that, fittingly, cannot be ignored at all costs.

KIT Cul'Tha, the Void Weaver Tank Secondary: Mage Health- 606 (+104 per level) Health Regen.- 9 (+0.65 per level) Mana- 390 (+55 per level) Mana Regen.- 7.5 (+0.75 per level) Armor- 30 (+3.75 per level) Magic Resist- 32.1 (+1.25 per level) Movement Speed- 325 Attack Damage- 63 (+3.5 per level) Attack Speed- 0.65 (+2.35% per level) Attack Range- 200 (Melee)

Passive- The Void Weaver Innate: Cul'Tha has the power to weave the world it interacts with into the darkness that is Void. A large area around Cul'Tha, visible to both teams whether they have vision of Cul'Tha or not, is destroyed and becomes passable terrain, allowing Cul'Tha and all other units to pass through the area around Cul'Tha without ever having to worry about impassable terrain. Void Range: 700/800/900/1000 Levels: 1/6/11/16

Ability 1- Void Rupture Active: Cul'Tha channels for 3 seconds before slamming it's left fist down onto the ground, causing all enemy units within it's Void area to take 60/100/140/180/220 (+50% AP) magic damage and be stunned for 0.6/0.7/0.8/0.9/1 second(s). Non-champion units that have less than 17/19/21/23/25% of their maximum health, excluding epic monsters and structures, are instantly killed by this ability and have their bodies consumed by the Void, causing Cul'Tha to regain 8/9/10/11/12 mana per unit killed by this ability. Structures take half damage and are not stunned by this ability. Units within execute range of this ability have a small pillar of purple light pulsing from them visible only to Cul'Tha. Cost: 80/85/90/95/100 mana Range: (Current Range of his Passive) Cool Down: 25/23.5/22/20.5/19 seconds

Ability 2- Weave Abomination Passive: Cul'Tha's basic attacks will curse it's target for 4/5/6/7/8 seconds, causing some of their body to be converted into Void energy for the time. During this time, all creatures made by Cul'Tha will flock to the nearest cursed target with 20/35/50/65/80% increased movement speed to feed off the Void energy and the target will have Grievous Wounds applied to them for the last 25% of the curse's duration. The curse's duration is reduced by 1.5 seconds every time the target deals 10% of Cul'Tha's max health within 2.25 seconds. Active: Cul'Tha creates a void creature that pushes down the lane it is currently the closest to that lasts for a max of 30/32.5/35/37.5/40 seconds. The void creature will not attack enemy champions unless they are cursed. The creature has the following stats: Health- 180/195/210/225/240 (+15 per level) (+5-10% AP based on level) Armor- 10/15/20/25/30 Magic Resist- 15/20/25/30/35 Movement Speed- 325 Attack Damage- 12/14/16/18/20 (+1 per level) (+4-8% AP based on level) Attack Speed- 0.7/0.8/0.9/1.0/1.1 (+1.2% per level) Attack Range- 125 (Melee) The void creature will deal 15/17.5/20/22.5/25% increased damage to cursed structures. The killer of the void creature is rewarded with 5 gold. Cost: 35/40/45/50/55 mana Cool Down: 16/14.5/13/11.5/10 seconds

Ability 3- Discard Lesser Being Active: Cul'Tha picks up the target cursed unit with it's right hand for 2/2.25/2.5/2.75/3 seconds, lasting for half as long against enemy champions. This ability is not channeled, but can be interrupted with crowd control. This allows Cul'Tha to cast Void Rupture while holding an enemy with this ability. This ability can be recast for half the mana cost to throw the unit in the target direction, dealing 50/75/100/125/150 (+30% AP) magic damage to the unit, doubled if it was an enemy minion or monster. If the unit collides with a structure, they will stop and the structure they collided with will take half of the damage they took. Cost: 70 mana Cool Down: 19/18/17/16/15 seconds Range: 200 Throw Range: 600

Ultimate- World Collapse Active: After a 3.25 second delay, for the next 7/8.5/10 seconds, the range of Cul'Tha's passive is increased to a global scale and the entire map is consumed by the Void, destroying all impassable terrain. The range of Void Rupture is increased by 30% and the cool down of Weave Abomination is reduced by 60/65/70% for the duration as well. Cost: 150 mana Cool Down: 200/195/190 seconds Range: Global Void Rupture Enhanced Range: 1040/1170/1300

Thank you for reading his kit and I would highly appreciate feedback. I understand that his ultimate may look very intimidating at first, but, actually, simply destroying all impassable terrain on the map for EVERYONE (this isn't just for Cul'Tha's team) isn't quite as powerful as you think once you think of the up and down sides to it. With that said, thank you again for reading and, again, any feedback is appreciated.

Can't say we'll ever see this happen, the concept is cool and i like it but for all the champs in league none of them can actually alter the map, at most maybe allow them to get around terrain but not fundamentally remove it (I'm sure that would be a programming nightmare). it could essentially turn team fighting into the same arena as aram, where the beefy and the exceedingly slippery thrive.

on a side note dont bother with stats if you aren't going to include the cooldowns, costs, and ranges of your abilities. All that stuff is for the people who go through and do the math to consider how overpowered an ability can be.

That passive sounds cool.

The possible trolling with getting oeople stuck in impassible terrain is huge. :)

My only qualms are with the execution on his q, while you do have the super cast time to it; it ends up being really long range with horrifying damage power as well as a cc effect. Plus with the synergy between his passive, the q's range and the buff to his passive (unless intended to cap it out at the passives actual value) would be grossly overpowered. Reduce the Q's execution to a smaller % of their max hp such as 5/8/11/14/17%, or something like that but as a result lower the cast time since the cast time + damage and cc melded together makes this ability seem more like an ultimate. That's my only complaint! Overall there could be some sweet plays made from the rest of his kit and it fits the overall theme of, "Big, bad ass voidly king".
