I'd love to know what skins riot is currently working on. I don't want to wait untill they get onto the PBE. I want to know right now if there are skins for Jhin, Taliyah, Aurelion sol and illaoi being worked on..

From what I know there really is no way to know unless riot comes out and literally says there's going to be a new skin for whatever champion, same with reworks, and new champions is what I think, so in short: No.
