Connie, the Last Darkin Mage

Connie is a female Darkin, short at only 130 cm tall (approx. 4'4") and quite slender, but her capabilities and mastery in the black magics is quite extreme.


Connie is a health cost mage, with significant and impactful costs to her abilities, being counteracted by her passive which grants her health regeneration based on her ability power which massively increases if she has not taken champion or tower damage for a few seconds (her own abilities' health costs count as champion damage), with kills and assists granting a burst of healing. She does not get base health regeneration, so do not think about building % base health regen items because they grant nothing, she must be built squishy for that healing.

Her gameplay involves being a poke and siege type of mage, with plenty of ways to control areas, so if you can get the flank on her or attack before she sets up camp with a fire and smores to boot she may be hard to deal with. An equal amount of room for error as for success, and managing poking the enemy out and since they cost so much health, missing is a lot more punishing than other poke mages, so need to watch your ability spam and current health carefully because otherwise you place yourself into one hit and dead by ANYONE on the enemy team.

Blood Air (Passive):

Ranks: @levels 1/3/5/7/9/11/13/15/17

Connie absorbs the air around her and transforms it into blood, healing herself for 5(+10%AP) health over 5 seconds, increases to 50(+100%AP) health over 5 seconds when Connie has not taken champion or tower damage in the last 10/9/8/7/6/5/4/3/2 seconds, her own health costs count towards champion damage.

Connie cannot receive passive healing from any source outside of Blood Air. Abilities cannot be cast if the cost is greater than your current health.

Red Arrow (Q):

Cooldown: 2 seconds; Cost: 65/80/95/110/125 health; Range: 1100 units

Connie forms a magic arrow created from blood in the target direction, dealing 60/90/120/150/180(+50%AP) magic damage to enemies it passes through and absorbing to the last enemy struck, slowing it down by 30/45/60/75/90% for 1.5 seconds.

Fallen Knight (W):

Cooldown: 18/14/10/6/2 seconds; Cost: 60/100/140/180/220 health; Range: 600 units

Connie raises the shell of a knight that she has slain long ago at the target location that remains in play for 8 seconds, the knight that is summoned is random of three different types:

Rider Knight: Rides a ghost horse, moving at 550/600/650/700/750 units per second, dashes through its closest enemy with a lance when facing it and dealing 30/55/80/105/130(+50%AP) magic damage to enemies that it passes through, dashing 600 units. [175 attack range]

Royal Guard: Wears heavy armor, moving at 225 units per second, blocking enemy projectiles in its path, but can only block one projectile every 1.5 seconds, its attacks deal 30/60/90/120/150(+60%AP) plus 8% of its target's maximum health as magic damage. [250 attack range]

Bow Knight: Holds a long bow, moving at 300 units per second, shooting a heavy arrow at the closest enemy, dealing 40/75/110/145/180(+70%AP) magic damage and briefly knocking it back. [600 attack range]

(Knights have an attack speed of 0.425 attacks per second, increases with Connie's bonus attack speed, and multiple knights can be in play at a time.) (Knights can attack structures.)

Hidden Killer (E):

Cooldown: 19/17.5/16/14.5/13 seconds; Cost: 120 health

Passive: Entering brush grants Camouflage for 1.5/1.75/2/2.25/2.5 seconds. Upon exiting stealth, Connie's next basic attack within 1.5 seconds will deal 5%(+5% per 100AP) of the target's missing health as bonus magic damage.

Active: Connie creates blood red brush at her location with a radius of 150/225/300/375/450 units that lasts for 8 seconds, this brush grants her Invisibility instead of Camouflage and refreshes Blood Air's enhanced healing. Connie moves 40% faster while inside of this brush.

Blood Lightning (R):

Cooldown: 0.5 second; Cost: 70 health + 1 Pocket of Blood; Range: 1000 / 200 units

Passive: Connie creates Pockets of Blood every 30/24/18 seconds, up to a maximum of 4 at a time.

Active: Connie strikes down the target location with blood lightning after a 0.75 second delay, dealing 80/110/140(+60%AP) magic damage and applying Blood Plasma on struck enemies for 3 seconds, enemies that receive 2 stacks of Blood Plasma are suppressed for 1.25 seconds.

Can you change Black Lightning to Blood Lightning? That would match Connie's theme.
