[WIP Champion Concept] Mediya, the Follower of She

Mediya, the Follower of She

Passive: Dark Seduction
After inflicting enemies with Crowd Control, enemy champions have their damage towards Mediya reduced by 10-35% (based on their level) for 5 seconds.
Note: Lower leveled enemies have less damage reduced. High leveled enemies have more damage reduced. It doesn't matter if Mediya is the same level or not.
Q: Submission's Embrace
Mediya whips forth a slender flame striking all enemies hit for 70/90/110/130/150 (+45%) magic damage, dealing an additional 20/35/50/65/80 (15% AP) magic damage to Charmed enemies.
Rekindled Flames: If Submission's Embrace strikes lingering ashes from Ashen Desires, the ashes explode and dissipate for 70/90/110/130/150 (+45% AP) magic damage.
W: Lustful Flames
Mediya blows a kiss in a targeted direction, blasting enemies with harmless flames that apply Attraction for 1.5 seconds. Enemies who remain within range of Mediya after the 1.5 seconds are instantly charmed for .5/.75/1/1.25/1.5 seconds and have their magic resistances lowered by 20/25/30/35/40% for 2 seconds.
Strong Lungs: Mediya's kiss sends the ashes from Ashen Desires across a longer distance (adds 125 units to Ashen's Flames ashes).
E: Ashen Desires
Mediya flaps her wings, sending cursed ashes in a direction, striking enemies for 40/85/130/175/220 (+65% AP) magic damage, and leaving behind an ashen field for 4 seconds that applies Desire to touched enemies.
Desire: Enemies marked with Desire are instantly Charmed if marked with Attraction or are hit with Lustful Flames.
R: Faithful Servant
Mediya seduces a chosen champion, creating a copy that fights alongside her until death. Mediya and her servant will each have a sustained Dark Seduction against the cloned champion until the Servant dies. Additionally, if Mediya would suffer fatal damage while her Servant lives, the servant dies in her stead, granting her 20/25/30% of her Servant's remaining health to heal her.
Damage: The clone can only auto-attack, however they deal 20/30/40% of the cloned champion's combined AD and AP (+10/15/20% of Mediya's AP) magic damage per hit.
Ex.
Cloned Unit: 50 AD + 50 AP = 100
Mediya's AP: 100
Servant's Damage Per Hit: 20/30/40 (+10/15/20)
Quick Lore Idea:
Mediya is the combination of an avian vastayan and a dragonic vastayan. She is the last of her kind after raiders destroyed her village. She was captured and imprisoned. After many years, she finally managed to escape after the raiders had a fatal encounter from the Rebel and the Charmer (Xayah and Rakan). She was freed, but instead of offering to join the duo, she left. Saying that she would stand with them at a later date.
She had heard talks of the men that kidnapped her talk about the Cursed Lands to the south. They believed that their were relics that would grant her great power if she could survive the harsh and unforgiving lands. So, she set forth and traveled through the lands until she lands in Bilgewater, from there she took a boat and followed a man determined to find the Cursed Lands.
Upon arriving at the lands, she crept away from the man and began her search for the relics. She does, eventually, find them after fighting through spirits with her innate gift for flames. However, like everything else on the Isles, they were corrupted. But, Mediya was driven for finding power and way to prevent the events of her tribe from occurring again. So, she interacted with the relics, at first nothing happened, but then she was connected with a powerful and hungering spirit.
Through the relic, the spirit was able to gift Mediya power in exchange that Mediya would cause suffering to feed the spirit's eternal hunger for the suffering of mortals. Mediya agreed. Mediya was then granted the dark powers of seduction to control the minds and hearts of her victims to allow her to quickly burn all who dare oppose her.
(The powerful spirit is of course Evelynn. The Blessed Isles were known for housing powerful magic artifacts. What if one them allowed them to communicate with Spirits and Demons and gain power through deals and contracts with the Demons and peaceful communion with the Spirits? The relic, in my eyes, would be something stolen from Mt. Targon and kept in the vaults of the Blessed Isles. After the ruination, the relic become corrupted and now only allows for communication between dark spirits and demons. This both builds the story of the Blessed and Cursed Isles, and progresses Evelynn's story a tad further because she does have a following of devote worshipers in lore. Mediya could now be a worshiper of Evelynn and work to grant her power while also helping the Vastayan war efforts in Ionia.)
