Fiddly the Stickman

Make Fiddlesticks base (torso region and head) a snowman, but with his original legs and arms that way he looks freakishly out of proportion.

Q - Have his green rays that cause the fear be a wintry theme (a flash of snow and ice flakes maybe) and have the enemy have a snowflake above their head or maybe just turn the fear debuff a light blue? (just in case the snowflake might be too far fetched for new players)

W - So sort of like Risen Fiddlestick's Drain turned into a wisp of sand being drawn from his enemy, have like a stream of snow and icicles come from his victim?

E - Have his Dark WInd's raven be a snowball bouncing back and forth between champs

R - My favorite part, have his Crowstorm be a snowstorm like Anivia's R, but have it swirling around him of course.
