What if You Could Gemstone Craft Unobtainable Skins Like Refer-a-Friend Ones in Hextech Crafting?

So far, we are unable to get Riot Girl Tristana(turns out it's still available), Grey Warwick, Unchained Alistar, and Medieval Twitch. What if we could use Gemstones to craft them? Maybe for 5 or 7 (probs not 10) gemstones we could craft one of the skins, since they're unobtainable anyways. Especially with Grey Warwick looking better than ever, people may want to grind for it. Riot gets their $$$, we get out skins, it's a pretty good deal.

"But," you lucky few may say. "I had to do things to get those skins, why should other people get them?"

You don't have to pay money to refer friends or follow Riot on social media, do you? Well, those people who grind gems likely ARE! If anything, they should be jealous of you.
