Wharf Rats on Summoners Rift.

For those of you who don't know, Wharf Rats were these little cute shark thingies that replaced Poros in Aram for the Bilgewater event. What I want is simple; when a Freljord champiosn (i.e. Ashe Trynadmere Sej Lissandra etc.) is in game, a Poro appears in their base, I want it to be so, when a Bilgewater champion appears on SR, so will a Wharf Rat, the same way Poros do for Freljord champs. It'd be adorable, and would be SOMETHING from the burning tides event that I doubt would be hard to code, please and thanks Riot.
