Pax East Trampoline Champion Skill Suggestion

So I was watching the Pax East Champion Design panel and I saw they talked about wanting to have a "Trampoline" character and I thought "Hey, what character would that work on?" So I thought and a few things that picked up in my head was a.) childish and b.) small. Basically a yordle since they look the best in game personally when they fly everywhere, especially if the how they would be doing it is from a spring-like mechanism. So, why not revisit the trampoline with a yordle. Next, I thought what kind of yordle and I thought "Ok, trampoline. Trampoline to spring. Springs... machines. Piltover." A yordle from Piltover who uses wacky machines that can be placed to accomplish things on the map and in a fight. So, why not revisit the Piltover Mechanic that Braum originally was and make it a yordle. Then I looked at what kind of yordle we were missing and i saw immediately the lack of female yordles, especially from Piltover (there are none). So why not a female yordle mechanic from Piltover that has one of her spells as a trampoline?
