Hear me out.
It would be to counter vayne and hyper carries in lane that just want to farm. This support would have to be paired with a lane bully adc to have the best chance.
such a mechanic would mean this support should be weak since stealing gold would be very strong.
what do you all think?
a pickpocket/thief type champ for support...

I wouldn't mind some champion who really uses gold as a resource aside from just buying a special item like Victor and the Plankster. A 'smelter' type champion who uses gold as mana for his abilities, or his abilities become more powerful the more gold you spend.

was thinking more "steals X % of gold from enemy" with a certain ability. basically countering adcs that farm for an extended amount of time in lane.
