New dragon: Crimson Drake: Heal 4/8/12% of the damage you deal to enemy champions and monsters
This will allow you to actually sustain from a teamfight
Ocean Drake: Restores 4 / 8 / 12% of missing health and missing mana every 5 seconds when you haven't taken damage from champions or turrets within the last 8 seconds.
This will allow you to heal a very low amount of health every 5 seconds in out of combat, its pretty bad if you think about it
I play support, infernal is already almost null on my role, its a no from me on this change.
I'm not a fan of this suggestion, for two reasons.
Firstly, the Drake's intentionally don't really synergize strongly with each other -- but the suggested Crimson Drake does synergize really well with Fire Drake, making that combo significantly more powerful and giving a team with Fire + Ocean significantly more in-combat power.
Secondly, each Drake is made to have a stand out role -- combat power, mobility, sustain, objectives. Ocean Drake is the sustain Drake, but because it's not a combat Drake that sustain is intentionally out of combat. I think breaking that model is risky, and makes the potential Crimson/Fire combination simply too good.
