Lore: The boy writhed in his bed as his dream tore him apart, the destruction visible to all. First his fingers disappeared, then his hands followed. His mother stood with her hand over her mouth as she watched the doctors try to save her boy. His arms were gone, his legs had long since been destroyed, now his body was slowly dissolving. The doctor stood back, and watched as the boy was turned into nothing. The doctor turned to the mother, and she screamed. His eyes were black, pure black, and she collapsed, and the same happened to her. "I do not create the nightmare's, I draw them out of you" -Yume

Yume-Primary Role: Mage Secondary: Fighter?

Stats- Similar to Syndra, slightly lower MR in exchange for Higher AP increase. All damage is Magical

Passive: The Dreams Were Written- Whenever Yume auto attacks a target, they are marked with Dream State, which lowers the opponents MR by 5/10/15/20, starting at 5 at Level 1, and upgrading with each level in ult. This mark amplifies each other ability, Marks lasts for 8 seconds

Q: Dream Land- Yume drops a circle on the ground, dealing immediate damage and leaving behind a marked area for 6 seconds that causes enemies to take damage over time as they stand on it. If the target is marked by Dream State, the drop deals bonus damage based on Yume's Max HP at the time. If the target is marked with Dream State while they stand on the area left behind, they become snared after 1.5 seconds on the area. Immediate Damage: 70/85/100/115/130(+0.6 AP)(If Dream State 5/8/11/14/17% HP) DoT: 20/24/28/32/36(+1.0 AP) every second Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 seconds Mana Cost: 60/65/70/75/80

W: Hidden In Fear- Yume shrouds himself in dreams, taking decreased damage from all targets and dealing bonus damage to all targets with auto attacks. Yume's auto attacks do not apply Dream State during the duration. If the target attacked is marked with Dream State, Yume gains bonus AP for the duration of the ability. Damage Decreased: 15/25/35/45/55% Bonus Damage: 15/30/45/60/75(+0.2 AP) AP Gain: 20/30/40/50/60 AP Duration: 8/9/10/11/12 Seconds Cooldown: 18/16/14/12/10 Mana Cost: 80/85/90/95/100

E: Riding Through Night- Yume dashes to target enemy champion, dealing damage and gaining the ability to dash to target enemy minion. If the target is marked with Dream State, Yume may dash to another champion (may reset 4 times on Champions, so you can jump to each enemy) Damage: 50/60/70/80/90(+0.75 AP) Mana Cost: 90/90/90/90/90 Cooldown: 9/9/9/9/9

R: Dream Cage- Yume drops a giant square around him, covering the area in nightmares. Yume deals damage to all targets in the area and marks them with Dream State until the square disappears. Enemies can run through the area, but are still marked with Dream State. Using an ability on a target with _Dream State during this duration does not remove the mark. Damage: 100/250/400(+0.8 AP) Mana Cost: 100/125/150 Cooldown: 120/110/100 Duration: 8/9/10 seconds.

Yume Classic Skin: A Dark Wraith that floats around, black particles. Dark, gravely voice

Yume Alternate Skin-Weaver of Dreams: A White Spirit with a soft, smooth voice.

All this sounds too op.

What parts are OP? Everything is fairly balanced, none of the numbers are overly insane.

You have a fiddlesticks ult with your passive added from your q in the ult. You have 4 dashes. You have 2 passives on your w alone. you scale all off AP. % health damage. Low cooldowns on Q, and E while having high mana cost that's redundant. and your AP scaling is too high ( 100% on Q plus % health damage, and bonus AP damage) that's way too much. (75% on E and 80% on ult)

Edit: and you have a dot on q overloaded like a mofo.

There's no passives on his W? That's an active ability. The passive isn't a Fiddle ult? You have 4 dashes on ENEMY CHAMPIONS, meaning you put yourself into a threatening position. % HP Damage is HIS HP, not the enemies, meaning that you need to change your build up to have less AP for that. The Q doesn't have a super low cooldown, it could definitely be lower. Reread the Q too, because the 100% ratio is the ability left on the GROUND after it hits, meaning that you don't have to take all that damage. I put DoT for lack of a better term for the word. And his scalings are perfectly fine, there are certainly higher. He's a fine champion
