As for me, I would love this, and I would be more likely to buy skins for champs I don't play. I always kinda felt like skins were not a great value, since you only get to see them when you're playing a specific champ anyway. I never thought it was worth bringing up anywhere; not much to do about it.

or it means some people wont buy a skin if they always play with you. I'm not against this in anyway but anyone who plays with me would have every buyable and some more available to them.
