What if players on your team has access to your skins?

As for me, I would love this, and I would be more likely to buy skins for champs I don't play. I always kinda felt like skins were not a great value, since you only get to see them when you're playing a specific champ anyway. I never thought it was worth bringing up anywhere; not much to do about it.
