My Idea for a Urgot rework

First thing first. His visuals. Holy crap this guy needs a visual rework. I mean look at him. http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Urgot/Background?file=Urgot_Render.png

The problem is that he is simply too...gross. He is so fat he looks less like a nightmarish creation and more like a flesh skinned water balloon that could pop at any prod or poke, causing massive amounts of blood, pus, and mucus spill out. I'm not saying that he can't be fat but seriously this guy looks like he is a poster child for diabeetus. IMO he should not be fat, but extremely disfigured to represent all the war wound he has sustained. He legs look pretty pathetic too, and I think should be replaced with something that is more industrial looking, like this legs on this spider robot http://www.linuxjournal.com/files/linuxjournal.com/linuxjournal/articles/110/11038/11038f2.resized.jpg

Next up would be his passive

Fight Through the Pain: Urgot feeds off of pain. 5/10/15% (scaling with level of ultimate) of all damage he takes is negated and converted into attack damage for 2 seconds.

This still allows Urgot that un-natural tankiness that he has always had (or supposed to have had) but also gives him an extra option for fighting back, while also keeping in mind his lore and reputation for "diving headlong into enemy battle lines" and "[sowing] chaos throughout the enemy ranks, often sustaining grievous injuries in the process".

Q: Hex-tech bolt: Urgot fires an crossbow bolt that buries itself in the first target it hits. Attached to the bolt is a cable, binding the afflicted target to Urgot with a range of 450 units for a duration of 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 seconds. Urgot can activate this ability again to shock his target and stunning them for .5 seconds, but also removing the bind.

This is playing more into his "huntsman pride" aspect of his personality allowing him to catch out targets and keeping them from running away. Or at least running away TOO far, as the range on the bind is 450 units, while his attack range is 425 units. The stun is to give him a chance to land an auto attack should he land the bolt at max range or give him some defensive utility. Any blinks (Flash, Ezreal E, Zed W, etc) out side of the range of the bind will remove it.

W: Terror Motivator: Urgot activates an overdrive in his legs for 2-4 seconds to grant him bonus movespeed while also letting him trample minions AND walk over terrain. Whenever Urgot is attempting to walk on terrain, he suffers a 40% movespeed penalty and cannot attack or use abilites.

This gives Urgot some more escape planing while also letting him catch-up to those that are outside of his short attack range. Whenever he tries to walk over terrain, he would get elevated above the terrain to allow other players to sufficiently target him. I decided to slow him and prevent him from attacking while wall walking to emphasize that this should be used to chase after a target that hopped over terrain or to escape, not kite an enemy or generally be a d*ck.

E: Corrosive Charge: Launces an corrosive charge that blasts an area is acid that applies a D.O.T to anyone hit by it for 5 secs. Each ping of damage also degrades their armor by 4/6/8/10/12 %. This armor degradation last for 2 seconds after the D.O.T. ends.
