AP Armor Items
A long time ago, Riot added Seeker's Armguard so as to allow them the ability to add AP armor items with it as a component. However, the only item that's ever built out of it has been Zhonya's/Wooglet's
So, I'm proposing to you some more AP armor items.
Soul of the Watchers

- 70 Armor
Unique: +20% CDR Unique Passive: Cold Steel - Auto attacks and single target spells against the holder cause the attacker to have 15% reduced Attack speed, and 15% reduced movement speed for 2 seconds.
Lunari Armor:

+50 AP
+95 Armor
Unique Active: Blessing of the Moon - Sacrifice all bonus Armor to gain (.2 Bonus Armor) AP for 5 seconds. While this active is on cooldown, you lose 75% of your bonus armor. (90 second cooldown)
Crafted to be molded after Diana's own armor, it contains power of the moon, hungering for the lives of the solari, even at the cost of the wearer's own safety
Soul of the Forests

+5% MS
Unique passive: Barrier of Leaves - Upon dropping below 25% HP, gain a shield equal to 50*Lvl that blocks physical damage for 5 seconds. Any amount of the shield remaining after 5 seconds heals the holder for the amount remaining.
