Quanae, the Beeliever of Justice
First off, I'm sorry, this is a bee champion, I had to do it...
Quanae is a female bee-like champion, all prim and proper like a queen (technically would be like a princess), and is super cute and pretty, but a deadly force to those that attempt to harm the weak.
Quanae grew up poor in the slums of Noxious, but her heart is the richest of all of Runeterra! Witnessing all the events of those of high status would look down upon and have their guards beat on those "beneath them" for their own sick pleasure. So she could not stand this any longer, this miserable way of life, and did take it upon her own hands one day with slashing up and shooting up the heartless presence with her stingers.
Quanae knew they would be back, and with the city's guards next time as well, so she trained up and became even stronger. She end up winning the battle and the next and the next, but the war is just building and getting stronger, eventually it will be too much for she can handle and needs to come up with an idea that will end this injustice once and for all.
Now comes to where we are today, Quanae has just left her home city to wander Runeterra in search of the other champions of the world. Her quest is to seek others with kindness in their hearts to help her win her war and set her people free...
"A true queen is not inherited, but a title to be earned by her people, doing and leading by example..." ~ Quanae
Quanae is a marksman, the best role for a queen!
Quanae's main draw is trying to earn the respect of her team and getting more powerful upon doing so. Quanae gets a "Right of Royalty" by getting a kill or assist on enemy champions, epic monsters, or structures that has allied champions with the kill or assist on it, each allied champion has their own Right of Royalty counter - all counters are visible to Quanae and only that allied champion can see their own counter.
When allied champions have at least one Right of Royalty given out to Quanae, they mark enemies that they damage for a short period of time, to detonate the mark and deal bonus damage, Quanae must BASIC ATTACK it. This creates the ultimate hive-mind team that is scary when working together, even more deadly the more they work together with Quanae and as the game goes on with more takedowns being taken down.
Attack Range: 575 units Attack Speed: 0.685 +2.5% per level Movement: 340 units per second Attack Damage: Average
Right of Royalty (Passive):
Quanae has to earn the respect and trust of her teammates with each allied champion granting their own Right of Royalty to Quanae whenever they gain a kill or assist whenever Quanae gains a kill or assist from the same target against epic monsters, enemy structures, and enemy champions.
Allied champions with at least one Right of Royalty given out will mark enemies they damage for 1.5 seconds, their own marks will amplify in power based on the amount of rights they have given to Quanae. Only Quanae's basic attacks can detonate the mark to deal 1%(+0.25% per 100AP) of the target's maximum health as bonus magic damage for every Right of Royalty the allied champion has.
Applying a new mark on a target replaces the previous mark.

Guard Slash (Q):
Cooldown: 13/11/9/7/5 seconds; Range: 575 units / 150 degrees
Quanae quickly slashes in a cone with her large frontal stingers, dealing 40/55/70/85/100(+150%AD) physical damage and destroying all projectiles that they come across.
Nullifying Buzz (W):
Cooldown: 10 seconds; Range: 600 units
Quanae violently flutters her wings for the next 2 seconds, gaining 60/70/80/90/100%(+5% per 100AP) total movement speed, dealing 60/90/120/150/180(+70%AP) magic damage over the duration around her, and reducing the damage output of enemies by 20/25/30/35/40% lingering for 1 second.
Gathering Nectar (E):
Range: 650 units
Passive: Quanae's basic attack leaves behind Droplets of Honey as they travel when she attacks enemy champions, enemy structures, or enemy champions, up to a maximum of 10 droplets with max range attacks, that remain in play ready to be collected for the next 1.5/2/2.5/3/3.5 seconds.
Passive: When Quanae collects a Droplet of Honey, she heals nearby allies for 4/8/12/16/20(+8%AP) health and herself for 50% of this value. Healing an allied champion grants 15/20/25/30/35% bonus attack speed for 2 seconds.
Death's Sting (R):
Cooldown: 140/100/60 seconds; Range: 800 units
Quanae dashes in the target direction with her back stinger forward, stopping at and suppressing the first enemy champion in her path in place for 2.5 seconds. The suppressed target can take multiple different Rights of Royalty for the duration at the same time.
UPDATE NOTES:
Other: Base attack speed lowered to 0.685 from 0.694
Right of Royalty: Mark damage lowered to 1% +0.25% per 100AP from 2% +0.5% per 100AP for every Right of Royalty the champion has
Nullifying Buzz: Now also grants 60/70/80/90/100% +5% per 100AP TOTAL movement speed for 2 seconds Damage lowered to 60/90/120/150/180 +70%AP from 80/120/160/200/240 +80%AP over the duration
Gathering Nectar: Reworked this ability. Cooldown removed Range to 650 from 900 units since it is now an area heal from single target Now is split up into two passives instead of a passive and active (the second passive is done in an active manner however)
No longer grants up to 80/160/240/320/400 +100%AP health based on amount of Nectar consumed to the target champion and healing an allied champion grants Quanae 20/30/40/50/60 +40%AP bonus magic damage on hit for 4 seconds and reduces the cooldown by 75%, gathering Nectar worked in a similar fashion to statikk shiv's charge with significantly more emphasis on attacking marked enemies
Death's Sting: Cooldown lowered to 140/100/60 from 150/110/70 seconds Range increased to 800 from 650 units Is now a single target skill shot from a single target point-and-click ability Now is a dash for Quanae making it more like a final resort type of ability with its close-combat risk to it as a squishy marksman Suppression duration increased to 2.5 from 2 seconds
(Some straight up nerfs here just because damage would be a little too good, especially on her passive which is an infinitely scaling value, so its power should be valued with the stacking and late game power that it offers. Runaan's Hurricane attacks do detonate the marks as well.)
(I granted mobility spells to the kit and tried to make Quanae more of a high-risk type of heroic utility-marksman, this makes more sense with her defensive abilities with a risky close-combat encouraged kit. Now there is a better combo with her ultimate where you attack and then dash with R to collect the droplets efficiently, W can be used as either to increase the gap again or gathering droplets while R is on cooldown.)
