Optical Recon
After not taking damage for 8 seconds or utilising [Q], Fynis can deploy her drone to scout for her.
The drone grants vision in an area around it, and can be controlled by using Alt+Right Click. It possesses 5 HP, with each enemy champion auto-attack that strikes it dealing 1 damage. It will regenerate 1 HP every 10 seconds. Fynis taking damage or deactivating Q will cause the drone to return to her.
If the drone is destroyed by an enemy, it will be available for use after 120 seconds.
Control Radius: 1500 Vision Radius: 500 Movement Speed: 400 (+10% of Fynis's MS)

Aerion Flight
Fynis ascends into the air and marks target area over one second. While in the air, Fynis has her autoattacks radically modified and may only attack non-structure targets within the zone.
Fynis's autoattacks in this state utilise High-Velocity Rounds, dealing 110% (+1.5% per level) total AD, ignoring 35% of total armor and dealing splash damage in a 250 radius (100% to all units within 100 units, progressive decay down to 25% on the remaining area).
Fynis enters this state with 8 rounds. Each shot consumes a round, although kills will refund the rounds fired. Every round unfired when the ability is deactivated will reduce the cooldown by 2 seconds down to a minimum of 4 seconds.
Shots made while in [Q] may critically strike.
Fynis may reactivate this ability to cancel it and gain 35% movement speed for 2 seconds. Radius: 550 Range: 200/350/500/650/800 Mana: 20 Cooldown: 12
Notes
-The radius of the area is visible to enemies which have sight of it -Fynis is rooted while this ability is active

Fynis fires a charged shot after 0.5 seconds, dealing 70/115/160/205/250 (+0.7 AD) (+0.4 AP) magic damage to all enemies in a line and grounding all enemies within for 2 seconds.
While in [Q], this ability has increased range and hits as a circular AoE instead.
Range: 800 (1350 with [Q] active) Width: 80 Radius (with [Q] active): 250 Cooldown: 18/17/16/15/14 Mana: 70

Fynis deploys a drone to target location, causing it to fire 30 shots over 3 seconds in a target direction for a total of 90/150/210/270/330 (+1.2 bonus AD) physical damage. These shots will damage and pass through enemies, but will stop at the first champion hit.
Enemies hit by the shots are slowed by 50/55/60/65/70%, which decays over 1 second.
Charges: 2 Cast Range: 800 Drone Range: 800 Cooldown: 16/15/14/13/12 Mana: 50/55/60/65/70
Notes:
-This ability is vector targeted. The start point for the vector is where the drone will be placed. -This ability has no cast time.

Fynis marks all units within her personal vision range and fires a barrage of rockets into the air.
Marks will track their target at 80% of their movement speed, although Fynis may auto-attack a marked target to snap the mark to their position.
After 2 seconds, the rockets will come down on the location of the marks, dealing 200/300/400 (+1 total AD) physical damage in an area around each mark and creating a field that slows enemies that pass through it by 30%.
Radius: 250 Cooldown: 110/95/80 Mana: 100
Notes
-All enemy units are able to see all marks, but will also have an arrow pointing towards them from the mark tracking them. -An enemy may take damage from multiple instances of Devastate.

#Extended Lore
The tower glittered in the rays of the dying sun, each glinting off the glass panes that formed the exterior all of the structure. High above, Fynis could barely see the grand lettering atop the highest floor. But she didn’t have to, for she knew what they read – Aerion Engineering. It had been far too long since she had visited these floors, not as a guest, but one beholden to the many secrets held within.
The cold ind ble in - the shattered shards of glass here there had once been great panes. Blood upon the floor - that of the security stationed there, and the drones serving to aid them - their mechanical innards spilled out. Fynis permitted herself this moment to reminisce - to think of that had come to pass. One brief moment - for she knew that reinforcements would soon close in and her mercenaries - numerous as they are, would break eventually. But they did not matter, in this greater scheme.
Twelve long years had passed since she had last stood here she did. A long time. A time of peace, to be sure, cut in half only by the onset of a war that she had not wanted, nor asked for. It had never sat well with her, in all honesty, the feeling of powerlessness, the inability to do anything, for all her greatest tools – her greatest weapons lay locked in some tower in a land far away as her countrymen died to the foul creations of the land far below, here nothing was stopped, and the sole pursuit as that of power, wealth and strength. No respect for any creation, for the art that lay within each and every one – the purity of form forged straight from the mind of its creator. This would not stand. It had been long since the dark times, but she had changed also. To resolve the issue, and those who still eluded justice. Even the few that still toiled under the dark fist of oppression. Soon, it would be time. For freedom. For liberation.
The moon had risen, filling the sky with its luminescent roundness, flanked by stars which sparkled in the night sky. All around were the sharper lights of Piltover, electric in their own glow. It was almost beautiful in a way, Fynis lamented in her silence, before reminding herself of all the blood, sweat and toil that had gone into building it. The sacrifices made. All the sacrifices. Her sacrifice.
On any other day it would have been too much, the emotional torrent dragging her away, to a dark place only she could find - a place where she would grieve and shout and lament her place in the world. But not today. It could not - would not be. A task lay before Fynis, one that she had sworn to her last breath to complete, everything else be damned. To climb the tower, retrieve what was rightfully hers and leave. To make her own future, her own fate. But perhaps most of all, to forget the past.
But what of it?, she pondered. What could I have done - to fix a broken past - to forge a better future? Could I have done anything to alleviate the issues?
Almost unwillingly, she gave herself to the visions of the past, the dark cloud that she had wished never existed - one that she had wished would never exist again.
To her, it had been one fateful day, of many days - one last glorious day on the sunny shores of distant Ionia, her home - a place that had been at peace, unspoiled by conflict or distress - until that one, fateful day. It had been peaceful - great even, on the those pristine untouched shores. It had been a small isolated plain along the coast, ringed by trees, all ending in a far drop to the sea. A small range had been set up, per her very orders, for it had been then that the decision had come to test a weapon of her very own design - the Storm Lance.
It had been an intricate piece of engineering, forged from over ten thousand unique parts - held together by the delicate fusion of Ionian spirit binding and the finest hextech capacitors ever designed - a truly beautiful weapon for a civilised age, to herald a new coming of the world around her. would that she could, she would have chosen a different location for such performance - but it as not to be, as the time constraints had forced her to bring forward the entire schedule, though it as nothing but a minor annoyance - after all, it had all been completed far ahead of schedule, all thanks, no doubt, to her unparalleled genius.
For all that as quiet and good, it would be the last boon that day. Beginning with a few columns of smoke - excusable really, Fynis having known that there are several villages nearby, but still far enough as to not disturb her work. She had dismissed any concerns raised by the Chief of Security ho had known, if not the exact purpose of such - at least the vague idea - and recommended that they leave immediately, lest they be caught in some untenable situation. But true to her then attitude - she had refused, her pride - bordering on pure hubris - not permitting her to conceive of any potential issue or threat. How wrong she had been - how much had been taken from her that day. She had routinely refused each and every one of his requests - ones that, in retrospect painted her as arrogant and foolish, deluding herself in false visions of her on superiority. It was not to be, of course.
Fynis had finally approved the request when the clanking had finally grown too loud to ignore. It had been as bad - or even worse than she feared. Indeed, some Zaunite division had found her - the clanking had been of their battlemachines - sold to some imperious Noxian lackey, no doubt, dreaming of conquest. It had been then she finally ordered her team to flee, and they did, to their varying extents. She remembered each and every detail of that time, each footstep hitting the ground, torn by upturned earth, the sky turned a bright crimson and black from the foul fumes of the Zaunite automatons. Her every thought cursing the chem-barons that permitted such creations to be - inelegant, disgusting, impure - but functional and effective. The buzzing of the her very own security drones as she fled -the light rattling of their covering fire as they did all they could to hold them off - a valiant last stand for her team. But as she had attempted to make her escape, the fact that she had been cut off - some tactical recognition within the mechs had made sure of that, and forced her onto the bluff that overlooked the sea.
They had called upon her to surrender - to give up the Storm Lance and be spared - after all, an intellect like hers was rare and valuable, but she didn’t dare - Fynis had known as well as anyone that they rarely kept their word - or if they did, that any life unto it dare not be any measure of success like the one she had enjoyed.
And so she jumped, the very fruit of her creation held tight - the very thing she knew she valued most no. It would have been a fitting end then - a death on her on terms, she thought, as the rushing air battered her through the descent. Closing her eyes, she awaited the inevitable impact, knowing it would be painful, but brief. Death ould be elcome - and Fynis Laverre would die that day.
In a way, she had, thought Fynis as she reflected on that which had happened. A current had shifted her fall - causing the majority of the impact to be taken by the powered armor that she always ore beneath her official clothing. ould that be the end though. A miscalculation - minor as it had been, had caused an implication most serious, for it had been then that a minor turbulent current had dashed her head against one of the many rocks that lined the seabed. Not severe enough to kill her - though that would have been a mercy, but enough to scramble her mind and thus - her sense of self, memories mixing, obscuring details - even her sense of self.
She had been found, of course, by some villager that, true to the Ionian sense of kindness to those that could do no harm - even strangers - helped to nurse her back to health. It had been long before the memories resurfaced - one by one. It had been even longer before she had the strength to return - only to find herself forgotten, disowned by the corporation to which she had given her life’s work to.
It had been so long since that time, she thought, gazing upon the skyline. The charges had been set, and soon, she would bring it all crashing down. All those who had denied her hat she as oed. They would fall. Fynis would take each and every thing she had created - all that she had and ones. It didn’t matter how many had to give in - only that it had to be.
