[Champion Concept] Vision Support - Manipulates Her Field of Sight

I see concepts all the time about a 'support champion who plays with vision' but most of the concepts put forth have the champion with some ability that directly targets and manipulates wards, usually making them have aura effects or increasing / renewing their duration which is kinda 'meh' IMO.

I'd rather see a champ whose Field of Sight could be controlled like how Viktor controls his Chaos Storm and Annie and Shaco control Tibbers and Shaclone. I think it'd be fun and challenging. She could also stealth allies and 'blind' enemies, get True Sight of important targets, and spy on enemies from afar.

Just dropping this here for some feedback. Maybe it'll influence the way some people think about vision. What do you think? Does she look cool? Seem fun? What does she need that would enhance her theme, gameplay, or narrative?
