Lucian's ultimate should be altered like this.

It is on a charge mechanic with a 0.3 second activation and deactivation cooldown. You can fire all the charges he has like his current ultimate but you can also cancel it and save them for later. Lucian retains power charging one bullet for his ultimate every 8.5 seconds.

Rank 1: Max bullets 24. Rank 2. Max bullets 36. Rank 3. Max bullets 48.

Upon respawn and revive the amount of bullets he has resets to 50%.


These are just place holder numbers so that you get what my idea is for his ultimate.


This can basically ramp up Lucian's skillcap by allowing players to fill the gaps between his passive procs and abilities with his ultimate.

TL;DR It would be cool if Lucian could save bullets for his ultimate. It can still be used to how it works on live but you can cancel it early saving bullets. It's gated by a charge system.

Well I personally feel this needs a bit more tweaking, your concept wasn't clear enough for me to tell if you were adjusting his ult's cooldown or not so I thought maybe include something like it the ult just "charges" you for the number of shots fired for both mana and cool down rate, that way someone who only fired 6 or so shots to pick off a fleeing target isn't punished the full cost and cool down rate as someone using it to just wave clear faster.
