IcyPepper2 votesWell, they're not disabled for pro players. Pro players just are a patch behind in pro play. It's not that the champion is disabled, it's just they don't technically exist in the game yet(?)

Narasimha17 votesI've been playing since S2. I know how to play every single champion at a relatively competent level, minus Azir and now Kindred. I only played a few now to mastery levels. I have absolutely no desire to have to play them all again and again just so I can play them in ranked.

I think I only have 5 champs with lvl 3 mastery, because I play a variety of champions, and I play a lot of aram which doesn't give mastery points. So I should only be able to play those 5 champs in ranked? I don't think so.
Anomander4 votesI have been playing for SEASONS before mastery came out. I rarely every play Rammus however he is a very niche counter pick. This doesn't mean I don't know how to play him. It just means I don't have mastery. If they gave a instant lvl 3 mastery for all the champions I owned prior to Champion mastery I would be ok with this.

Lol in arena I get 9 mastery on win which is a 10-15 min game mode rift is a 20-40 min game mode which can go to 60mins where as Arena in smite can prolly go to 20 mins max

Lol look it up I havent played pantheon sense the meta changes and champion mastery came out short story I own every champion and only play some champions when I feel like it/what's best for the team

kJs1 votesYes. The fact that the first impression of players of Kindred is that they call the character(s) a her is an indication of the failure in bringing the them into Kindred. Wolf is barely a character in gameplay. He's the Pix that follows the Lulu. He gets contained in a cage (Wolf's Frenzy) and Lamb orders him to attack whoever she deems is the right target.

layrit1 votesThe biggest problem is that you can't really practice a champ OUTSIDE of ranked because generally in normals the average skill level is lower which means that you WILL dominate them on a new champ while being brutally slaughtered if you encounter players of your skill level.
I generally practice champs in ranked because why not.

Drugoth1 votesGuys guys, taking a brand new champ into ranked isn't always a bad thing for your team. A grand majority of the community does not play the pbe and probably won't know how to deal with said champions kit. This balances out whatever lack of skill you may have with the champ.

If you're worried about your ranking, just don't play ranked for the first couple of weeks after a champs release.
