Why Riot still doesn't disable new Champions for Ranked queues for a week or two is beyond me.

Easy solution: You must have level 3 mastery to play champ in ranked (starting next season of course).

How to solve the problem: ban kindred from your ranked game since you have 3 ban Ok i am going... cya.... Au revoir...

But you need to practise new champions in ranked, if you just play them in normals it wont be representative of how you actually play them kappa.

People playing new champions in rank games be like:

"Don't worry man! I got 20/18/9 in my one & only normal match as Kindred, so she's my main!"

I tend to think with an open mind first game playing with Kindred, Kindred is 0-6 at 4 min WHAT THE FLYING FUCK NO I CANNOT PALY WITH MORE CANCER IN THIS GOD FORSAKEN GAME NO THIS ISN'T RIGHT RIOT!

The biggest problem is that you can't really practice a champ OUTSIDE of ranked because generally in normals the average skill level is lower which means that you WILL dominate them on a new champ while being brutally slaughtered if you encounter players of your skill level.

I generally practice champs in ranked because why not.

Guys guys, taking a brand new champ into ranked isn't always a bad thing for your team. A grand majority of the community does not play the pbe and probably won't know how to deal with said champions kit. This balances out whatever lack of skill you may have with the champ.

This happens every time there's a new champion out. This being both "people trying out new champs in ranked" and "people making angry threads about people trying out new champs in ranked".

If you're worried about your ranking, just don't play ranked for the first couple of weeks after a champs release.
