LORE http://vignette2.wikia.nocookie.net/leagueoflegends/images/9/9d/Piltover_City_street.png/revision/latest?cb=20140702040034 The city of Piltover has been known for it's incredible police force that almost always manage to capture the deadliest of villains. Well, almost always that is. The only citizens of Piltover more notable than the Sheriff are those who can best her, and none are more famous for this act than Chamber. Jinx may have yet to be caught, but Chamber has been doing this for years now, leaving nothing behind but a signature "C" where her crimes have unfolded. Caitlyn and Vi have yet to gather any information on Chamber, having so little information that they call Chamber "it". They don't know if Chamber is a male or female, and neither does anyone else in Runeterra. Even the best of wizards from across the land are unable to detect and find Chamber. It's as if Chamber does not even exist. Chamber's spree of hacking is what they are best known for. Whether it be destroying the economy of Piltover or revealing Piltover's brightest's darkest secrets. Some call Chamber a hero for revealing such disgusting things, but most would prefer the term vigilante. Piltover is a city of scientist, and they all know that everyone has a secret they would rather not tell. They respect each other for the most part and would rather not try and destroy someone else's fame. However, Chamber's actions have destroyed entire businesses due to the uprising from the reveal of formerly mentioned secrets, and the police force of Piltover plan to take her down for her illegal access of files and information beyond what they should know. Recently, ever since Jinx has entered Piltover, one more, fairly important source of information has been uncovered about Chamber. It wasn't hard to find because Chamber was the one who revealed it. The new piece of information was the simple symbol: II. Not two i's, but the symbol assigned to members of a gang Vi used to be a part of in Zaun. Vi has been questioned many times if she knows who Chamber is, but she always said she did not. She knew the gang had a hacker, but she never had imagined it would be Chamber or that good. The chase was on as Caitlyn and Vi together went after members of Vi's former gang to figure out who Chamber was. However, they had no idea what they were getting themselves into as they entered Zaun to find answers.

Chamber is a Support champion that focuses around disrupting enemy vision and communications while also increasing it's own team's vision. Whether it be through stealing enemy wards or freezing enemy mini-maps, Chamber will prove even the deadliest of teams can be slowly killed from the least expected angle.

Chamber, the Hacker Disruptor (hybrid Assassin) Health- 485 (+65 per level) Health Regen.- 4 (+0.95 per level) Mana- 400 (+75 per level) Mana Regen.- 13 (+1 per level) Armor- 19 (+3.5 per level) Magic Resist- 32.1 (+1.25 per level) Movement Speed- 355 Attack Damage- 45 (+2.5 per level) Attack Speed- 0.61 (+1.35% per level) Attack Range- 125 (Melee)

Passive- Lights Out Innate- Hacking: Chamber can channel on enemy wards to convert them into their own team's wards. These wards won't count towards Chamber's ward limit. While hacking a ward, the ward is disabled and revealed. Hacking a ward will count as killing it and grant Chamber the reward for it's "death". Innate- Hacker: Chamber can have 4/5/6 wards maximum and 2/2/3 vision wards maximum. Chamber also gains a minion wave's experience and 5/10/15 extra gold for hacking or destroying enemy wards. Chamber starts the game with 300 extra gold as well. Levels: 1/7/13

Ability 1- Cloaking Device Toggle Off: Chamber becomes Camouflaged after being out of combat for 9/8/7/6/5 seconds. Toggle On: Chamber gains Invisibility, 10/12.5/15/17.5/20% damage reduction, and 5/10/15/20/25 flat movement speed. During this time, Chamber begins to lose 12/14/16/18/20 mana per second, plus an additional 2% of their current mana per second. Cost: 12/14/16/18/20 + 2% Current mana per second Cool Down: 2 seconds

Ability 2- Ghost Drone Passive: Chamber increases their maximum mana by 4/8/12/16/20% (+1% per 100 AP). Chamber can store up to 1/1/2/2/3 charges of this ability at once. Active: Chamber creates a Ghost Drone that flies quickly to the target location. The Ghost Drone will reveal the area around it and freeze the mini-maps of enemies in a larger area around it. While Cloaking Device is toggled on, all Ghost Drones are Camouflaged. Ghost Drones count towards Chamber's ward limit. Ghost Drones last for 60/90/120/150/180 seconds and can be destroyed with 3/3/4/4/5 basic attacks. Cost: 40/55/70/85/100 mana Recharge Time: 75-45 seconds (based on level) Cool Down: 3 seconds Range: 1250/1500/1750/2000/2250 Travel Speed: 750 Vision Range: 500/550/600/650/700 Hack Range: 1000/1125/1250/1375/1500

Ability 3- Spider Trap Passive: Chamber can store up to 1/1/2/2/3 charges of this ability at once. Active: Chamber commands a spider drone to crawl to the target location. Upon arriving at the location, the spider drone will arm over 1.75 seconds. Upon arming, the spider drone will enter stealth and explode upon being stepped on. Upon being stepped on, the enemy who stepped on the spider drone is revealed for 5/6/7/8/9 seconds and has their movement speed reduced by 6/12/18/24/30 flat for the duration. The enemy will also leave a trail for the duration that marks enemies who step on it for 1.25 seconds, revealing them. Spider drones last for 120/135/150/165/180 seconds and can be destroyed with 3 basic attacks. Cost: 40/45/50/55/60 mana Recharge Time: 25/22.5/20/17.5/15 seconds Cool Down: 3 seconds Range: 1100/1200/1300/1400/1500 Travel Speed: 900

I wanted to make a champion that focuses more on setting up their team for combat rather than being another body in combat. Works well with Assassins that can make use of the vision to single out stray enemies. Chamber forces the enemy team to really think and investigate the Chamber player's usual patterns in order to see where Chamber is going across the map as they wander around to provide their team with needed information. Thoughts? Feedback is very much appreciated, especially if it is constructive.

I just added the Lore for Chamber. Can anyone figure out the last bit?

I'm fairly certain not even Piltover has enough (if any) real computer tech for hackers to be a problem, let alone a possibility. And considering the most advanced tech in the setting still seems to be some form of magitech, I seriously doubt everybody would overlook the possibility of magical interference or manipulation especially given how many mages there are in Runeterra at large.

As for the kit, the sheer battlefield control one champ has by not only being able to place so many wards and traps of her own, but by also stealing all the enemy's vision through her passive and her Ult would make her practically broken even if she has little to no direct combat capabilities beyond her incredibly safe remote mines and her autoattacks.

I mean, I get the idea is that she's supposed to be like an inverse of Ivern in that she grants additional vision to her team rather than concealment, but the degree to which she does that is just so extreme that you would practically need Ivern on your team just to make some places she can't see for the half second until she or an ally just places a ward within that, too.

I also get the appeal of finally revealing the identity of this mysterious "C" character mentioned in Caitlyn's lore, but that character was specifically described as a cat burglar, not a hacker, and I imagine Riot already has plans to revisit that particular piece of lore in a later update.

As for the binary sequence, yes I solved it. Mind you I was feeling lazy and used an online ASCII-to-text translator to solve it for me, but I do know how to solve ASCII code and could have done so myself if I felt like it.

Hey! ^_^ Here are my thoughts on Chambers, The Hacker!

Lets start off with what I liked. I really liked Chambers' theme of being this vision denial champ that set up plays for others. I really liked of the ghost drone locking down enemy vision and setting up plays for the jungler.

However, I think you went WAY too far into this theme. While it's cool that Chamber's has this vision denial it's literally all she brings. She has no damage(NO damaging spells and no synergy to make AD good on her), virtually no CC(The spidermine's flat MS slow is literally less than a 10% slow and it needs 1.75 second to arm), no combat relevance, no waveclear, no poke, no peel, etc. She literally only has vision denialwhich makes her fairly problematic.

Right now the way I see chambers is as a living ward. You essentially trade one of your members to have this insane vision control over the map. But do you really need o go that far for this level of control? Most ranks wouldn't (Silver, Gold, Plat, and probably Diamond) wouldn't even know what to do with this vision. Also this champion is the definition of needing to be carried, she can't do much on her own and needs her team to use her vision. Do you think a champ like that would be fun to climb with? It would be nice to have but not at the cost of one of your team members. The only place I can see her seeing play is in the competive scene and that's a huge stretch becasue, again, you're making it a 4v5 for that level of vision. If the enemy drafts Alisstar, kennen or any hard engage they'll just roll over you becasue what's Chambers going to do in a fight? I just think she has way too much of her power in vision denial and could use more in other aspects.

My Suggestions would be stick with the theme but change some aspects of it. You don't need the passive, the ult, and two basic skills to be centered around vision to make this theme work. two skill should be fine and you can use the others to give her some CC or damage.

Some personal suggestions, I think the ult should change. First of all TF has the same ult but with a teleport so it kind of overlaps with his niche. And her entire kit is dedicated to controlling vision, I don't think she needs an ult to do what her basic kits already should achieve.

Another suggestion is perhaps make her a jungler? A support generally needs to sit bot and babysit the ADC so he/she/it doesn't get run over. Chambers wan't to run around the map dropping mines and drone everywhere, stealing wards, and being a nuisance. She doesn't seem like the character to want to be stuck on an island but have reign over the map. Just a suggestion.

Anyway those were my thoughts on Chambers, overall I think you have an interesting direction but think it needs some more work. Hope this helps! ^_^
